I have had the lemon pepper shrimp and crab and the rotel fries. Both were great!!! Always clean and the food is always fresh!

Updated review as I was a previous loyal customer 7/11/2023….Well apparently it’s good service to not have ALL OF your menus match. If you have more than one menu every menu should include all details of other menus! IE: CHEESE COMES ON EVERYTHING!!!!!! They’re usually duplicates according to the many restaurants I’ve been too! Well today I must have forgotten to say no cheese. But since it’s only written on the wall that you’re not looking at when you order and “BIG AS DAY” ACCORDING TO THE MANAGER AND ASSOCIATE….but it’s NOT WRITTEN “BIG AS DAY” on the menu IN FRONT OF THE CASHIER! Which is where I placed my order from…..Sometimes as MANAGERS AND OWNERS WE FORGET THAT WE ARE ALSO CONSUMERS! Customer service is key in this industry and today it was not good for me at this establishment! As a MANAGER AND ASSOCIATE THAT LOOKS AT THIS SIGN ALL DAY IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOU REMIND YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT EVERYTHING COMES WITH CHEESE! As opposed to giving smart comments ! How about avoid the issue versus blaming your customer! I’m just saying I’ve had a long hard day at work and clearly I missed it. So the manager offered me 10% off my next order , but y’all can keep it I won’t be back! It’s the service for me and it was apparent according to the smirks on their faces that they were the least bit concerned with the service aspect of it from a previous loyal customer! I should have left the food their for one of your associates but I’ll find a homeless person to feed! I would have appreciated a replacement of my order instead of 10%. But that wasn’t the goal of this establishment instead their goal is to blame the customer ✌🏽✌🏽✌🏽

As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two men one working the counter helping a guest and one cooking. When it was my turn to order I knew I wanted Salmon bites as recommended by the person that told me about this place. They have two size options and I chose small which is the perfect amount for one person. The large would be a good amount for up to three people to enjoy. They have orders to choose from or you can build your own. The gentleman that helped me was very friendly and patient and made suggestions for my salmon bite fries and we topped it with lemon garlic sauce, added peppers, jalapeños, and cheese of course! The fries are fresh cut potatoes and served with the perfect crisp. They weren’t soggy even with the sauce and cheese on top which was delicious and not too spicy even with the pickled jalapeños. Oh and the salmon bites were cooked to perfection, they were crispy on the outside and not too breaded and the salmon was flavorful and perfect texture on the inside not being dry or undercooked. They didn’t taste like they were frozen either if they are I couldn’t tell by the taste. They gentlemen were so attentive making sure everything tasted great and that I was enjoying myself. One thing worth mentioning is if you’re on a time constraint call ahead as these are made very fresh and with that they take time. I didn’t wait long but it was longer than “fast food” time but I wasn’t in a rush and was enjoying the music and vibe it was a pleasure to sit and wait. I went here on a Saturday with my kids around dinner time. The door was open when we entef the lobby area it was very hot in there. I guess they did not have AC. The lobby did need some attention (mopped).They were very busy. The guy at the counter was taking orders and cooking food it was only one other person helping when we walked in. We ordered 4 large boxes and 1 snack box. 2 honey bbq wing the 3rd wing box with ranch on the side 1 chicken bacon ranch box did not give a opinion for grilled or fried chicken but it stated on the menu it was a opinion., the snack box should have been grill chicken. All of this should have had cheese on it. Total $65. Waited about 45 mins for the order. He did thank us for waiting. we got to the car and checked the food, and it was wrong. My son took the food back in to see if the order could be corrected he came back out with a small cup of shredded cheese. I gave up at this point it had been all most an hour. We tried the food, it was just chicken and fries, no cheese. It was just ok. They do have e other meet opinion but this is what I ordered. The grill chicken that was on top of the fries had a lot of flavor, but the rest of the food was just OK. Like you can really cook it at home. This was my experience here. Yours may be different.
