St. Louis FatBurger — Restaurant in St. Louis

I travel a lot and eat at a lot of different places. That said, I was impressed. Had their fatburger, fries, and wings combo. First, the staff is nice as could be. The owner came out and broke down the menu for us and made recommendations. Woman at front was very sweet. Decor was walls covered in positive, some faith based, quotes which was cool. The food was on point. Flavor and size of the burger, fries had a decent blend of soft and crunch. Wings were 3 full wings, and that spicy honey sauce was one of the best sauces I've had. I soaked the extra sauce up with the fries. I will say it took a while. Expect restaurant speed, not fastfood or diner speed. Order ahead. Drinks available are bottled not fountain. I ordered my food on my lunch break and waited the expected 15-20 minutes. After the 20 minute wait the lady who took my order told me that she was sold out of chicken. Yet during my wait the lady was handing out chicken order. These orders came after I had order. She then said she would deliver the order to my job, because now I was late. I gave her my number and she said she would call. After an hour I was ready to go up to the location but I saw my food at the front desk. I asked the receptionist how long ago did she drop it off his response was 20 minutes. So now my food is warm instead of hot and it’s 1 hour and 30 minutes...

Outstanding customer service and food taste! Exceptional warm and friendly greeting. Courteous, helpful, patient. The tripe nuggets (seasoned, crunchy, tender, best tripe I've ever had) and honey hot wings are absolutely excellent, also #1 in taste, which says a whole lot considering how everyone is selling wings these days. The restaurant is clean and spacious enough to easily social distance. It is an older building, which is consistent with other properties in the area. This restaurant is a "must try."
