We went to see Chris Redd last evening at the Grandel. I’m not sure if it was the staff hired by the venue or his production team, but we weren’t allowed to leave our seats for 2 hours so we didn’t mess up filming. I’m 34.5 weeks pregnant and cannot sit that long so towards the end of the show, I tried to leave to use the restroom. I was physically accosted by a staff member and told to sit back down. I told her I was pregnant and she continued to shush me and tried to get me to sit down again. Finally after I very sternly said I would not be sitting down in my seat again, she let me go.
