Received rude service from employees Narwal's management did not do a thorough review of the situation the encounter with that employee was actually the second encounter with that employee when we first entered the restaurant myself, and my sister. The employee did not want to wait on us she skip my party to then try to seat another party that came after my party. Same employee that lied had to be told by another employee that we were first and to seat my party 1st .Narwals employee came to our table 4 times I advised her we feel harassed and asked to speak to her supervisor. She then start crying. also my party recorded the situation and that employee lied to management that we cursed her out when no one ever cursed her we told her to go away she kept rushing us and being rude.We told her to leave due to the fact she was at our table more than four times and stating that the table was reserved, and we advised that we would move, but then no one ever came and the whole entire outside was empty so just be mindful when going to this location that management is going to agree with them without doing a thorough review. They did not contact me or speak to me. They just stated that they have audio recording their customers and that they check the audio which in fact that is not OK , but go to Location at your own risk because management did not do their job. I also told both young ladies, they needed more training to better handle situations like this .You should not have an employee that if someone is advising you that you are harassing them as their paying customers that she cries to management and then lies and STATE that you cursed her out Do...
Read moreThe staff was very friendly and accommodated our requests for a couple of samples. This might be the perfect place for some, but for my mom and myself, it was just okay. The drinks were not disgusting, but they didn't wow us either. We both ordered flights for our first order. Between the two of us, we got Hurricane Tony, Thai Collins, Black 'N' Stormy, and Cherry Smash. The Cherry Smash tasted like cough syrup. The Hurricane Tony - something about the coconut flavor and the tartness did not blend like they should have (like in a piña colada). If it had been free, I wouldn't have finished it, but I did since I paid for it. We both agreed that the Thai Collins was the best one. I will say that the flights are worth the money and we both had a buzz after 1 flight, but it usually doesn't take a whole lot for us. For our second order we got a Watermelon Frosé and Pineapple Margarita. My mom said that the pineapple margarita was good. The Watermelon Frosé was drinkable, but I would not order it again. All in all, we simply were not impressed...
Read moreNarwahl's is by far the best frozen cocktail bar that I have ever been to. The ingredients are fresh, not just a syrup, ice and booze mix. These are truly one of a kind. The drinks are smooth and flavorful and very well priced. They keep standing popular cocktails and switch out others seasonally. You will be quite satisfied as you experience a decent buzz from your 2nd drink depending on the size you get and how fast you drink. You can, also, bring food in or order food to the space. They also have craft cocktails, hot drinks, treats for your pup, and virgin frozen beverages. They have trivia, daily happy hour, and a great rewards program. It is very rare that I latch on to place for an extended period of time. I often diversify my eating and drinking spaces as much as possible. However, I frequent this place maybe 2 to 3...
