This is in a college area so that's probably why they don't care because they're dealing with college kids and don't have to show respect to them because they're hungry, desperate and will accept anything. I ordered online and chose curbside with a 25% tip option to bring my pizza out to me. I parked directly in front of restaurant which is difficult because space is limited, checked in as the text instructed and waited 20 minutes. I called on my phone but I kept being re-put on hold which I didn't hang up, I held. I finally asked a door dasher who was walking in to please let them know ( I told dasher my name) I was here in the ridiculously huge handicap āæļø van that no one could miss even if they tried right in front. Door dasher came out and said they'd be out. I thanked her and waited another 10 minutes and I'm still on hold on my phone. Finally a nice young lady brings my pizza out but it's wrong so I ended up going in anyway for a refund which also took 10 more minutes because no one acknowledges customers when they enter. A police officer walked in with me and they didn't say anything to him either but he's probably used to it; he just stood there the 5 minutes until the same lady who brought my food out walked over to finally say something. I go back to my car after receiving my refund then they finally answer the phone because I had been on hold the entire time due to them not saying anything, they just immediately kept re-putting me on hold; I would hear the chaotic background for 1 second then the annoying recording of the advertisement. I told the man who answered finally that I was the woman who just left from out of the lobby getting my refund for my order being wrong after waiting 30 minutes right in front for an order I was texted was ready for pick up 10 minutes before I even left my home. He replied they're short staffed but it was 12 to 15 people there all running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Didn't look short staffed to me but okay. Probably not go to this location ever again and it's the one I live near. _ I only wanted Papa John's because my job ordered it for us the day before and it was delicious but it wasn't this Laclede location. So we called for a refund on Saturday and forgot to pick it up. So today I called and talk to a manager and she said she would leave a note for the next manger cause she was leaving. So I drove 5 miles to get it and when we get there the manager said she didn't know anything about it and when I told her what the manager said she put me on hold for 15minutes and never answered even when I hung up and called right backš¤¬š¤¬š¤¬ last time I order papa john's........11/18/21 decided we wanted to eat at papa John's last night. Yet another horrible experience!!! They made the wrong pizza asked to have it remade so they did. I did ask for well done but what we got was just burnt!! We was tired and just brought it home thought we could make the best out of it since we used the last money on our card and would have to wait till next week for a refund. So we had no choice but to deal. I will never ever ever eat at this papa johns...

The more frustrating part is that, I called the store 5 times to only hear we are sorry and we will send the order back out. Itās now 11:22pm and I was just notified by the associate on staff that Mario the manager has been outside for the last several hours not assisting or trying to find a solution for my issue. I am truly disappointed and would like this feedback used in a constructive way to improve service at this location. I would also like to add, in reviewing the feedback this seems to be a common concernā¦..Leadership, listen to your customers feedback and take immediate action. Remember, Papa Johnās is not the only company offering pizza, donāt be like the many others that had to close up shop because they did not listen to the customer and when they did decide to listen it was entirely to late.
