The food was good what we got of our order I give three stars because we went in and ordered a large order tonight and well they didn't put cheese on anything that we ordered it on fries and didn't put extra cheese on anything we ordered it on didn't get one of our orders noches at all spent a lot of money and didn't even get what all we payed for didn't notice until we was already home so we can't just go back up there to far so when you go stop and make sure you got everything and make sure it's the way you ordered because we thought he had it since he read everything back to us before we payed a little disappointed I ordered a Philly with extra cheese and cheese fries no extra cheese no cheese on any fries but ended up not getting to eat because I gas to give my food to the person who didn't get their food at all very frustrating won't be going back this is the second time we've been here the first time was good just to much of the seasoning on the fries which is why we ordered cheese on everything now I guess I'll be ordering me something to eat since I had to give my food away to the kid who didn't...

I have been ordering from Pops for more than 20 years, when I patrolled as an officer in south city, as a resident of south city, and for many business meetings in south city. The services have always been on point, and exactly as ordered.

Sat., Aug. 5th I attempted to call in an order, and was advised I would have to come in within 5 minutes to order before close. I went into the restaurant and noticed that a black girl is now taking orders & operating the register, needless to say I placed 2 orders, along with 2 drinks and 2 desserts (banana pudding & caramel cake) upon receiving my order the cashier failed to follow instructions placing 2 banana puddings in my bag. Very very RUDE!!! I called to place an order I ordered a Philly cheese steak and a catfish filet meal. The guy asked me if I wanted 2 or 3 pieces of fish so I turned to ask my boyfriend and before I could give the man an answer he hung up on me! I then called back and said “hi yes, I was ordering and I’m not sure what happened to the phone” he told me I wasn’t ready to order… I said I was you asked me a question about an option I didn’t know I had and because I asked my boyfriend who was sitting right next to me the question you asked me I wasn’t ready to order, so that gives you the right to hang up?
