This review is for the S. Illinois St. location in Belleville. I asked that my food be made fresh upon ordering, but instead they re-dropped the fries and burnt them and also served me cold burgers. I called in and a so called manager hung up in my face. I drove back to the store and the cowardly lady wouldn’t even come to the window. I’ve already left a review under some other rallys locations … And I’m going to continue to go down the line and leave bad reviews until I receive my call back from corporate and my refund that I requested two weeks ago. Very poor customer service, very poor so called management. Very poor cooking skills. I shoulda known it be a negative experience just from the looks of the building. But that’s my fault. Busted and disgusted. 0/10 don’t recommend. I already did the guest obsessed survey and the issue still hasn’t been...
Read moreI was extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and honestly already frustrated when I got there being that I hadn't eaten all day. Since this Rally's location was the closest late night eatery I could get to so I could get back to Cardinal Glennon where my 2 month old is being treated, I went. The guy who took my order took about a minute before he greeted me, I ordered a deep sea double combo, he then told me, "we don't have fish at this time". It was 2am, this location closes at 3. I asked was he kidding me, he didn't respond. I sat there and called the Vandeventer location where a lady named Ms. Pat answered, she told me they are open till 4 and she will drop my fish fresh for me, so it would be ready when I arrived. I truly thank her for making my experience better. As for the chateau location, I WILL...
Read moreThe young lady attempted to charge me 3 dollars for a large cup of water. I even offered to buy a bottle water and requested a complimentary 32oz cup of ice. We even brought meals. However, I could not get a 32 oz cup. My issue is, these cups cost 32cent at the most. Attempting to charge me 3 dollars for a cup when I'm already spending money is disrespectful to me as a paying customer and it shows poor judgement on the employees part. Instead of trying to guard the cups the cashier should have been trying to make sure my visit was fast and pleasant. Moreover, they ask me to reverse to stop the drive thru timer but couldn't spare a large cup? Rallys/Checker you either need to give them a button to charge 32 cent for a cup or train them on courtesy and learn when to adapt to what the customer ask especially if it's just a...
