This place was awful and that hurts my pride to say because I love Ozzie. It started off bad and just got worse instead of better. The hostess took forever to seat us. We were the only ones waiting and they weren't especially busy. She just wasn't there. After we were seated we got to meet our waitress with no personality and zero desire to be working I have to assume. While we waited for our food we saw 3 tables hunt her down to get their bills so they could leave. We watched another 2 parties leave without being waited on at all. When my food came out my burger didn't have what I ordered on it and the fries were so old they were cold and rubbery. I hate sending food back, but I just had to do it. After it came back the 2nd time it was nothing short of ordinary at best. Here's where it gets worse. 10 mins into our meal, 5 of our friends joined us to eat after the fights. Our guest was the main event and winner of the show held there in the casino. Oddly enough....Ozzie, himself, is a fan of my friends. I have lots of pictures to prove it as he was at the last fight we were at there. He was so impressed he followed us out, stopped us, and hung out with us for a good while telling my fighter how impressed he was. Oddly enough, my friend and his wife, trainer, and corners were not welcome there last night as our waitress never once came back to our table after they down. She didn't ask them if they wanted drinks, a menu, not hello, or even check on us once. She did walk past us about 15 times without speaking. I know because I counted and we all became dumbfounded as it went on. Our friends left to go eat elsewhere, as he was very hungry since just competing at a very high level of physical assertion. Afterall, it was a big night and we had intended to celebrate. Instead we felt as if we had bothered them by in. I, too, had to hunt her down to get my check so we could leave. Judging by the 1.7 rating out of 5, I would say this is a common experience and no one cares. I have zero intentions of ever returning there ever. THE WORST. I ordered a bbq burger that took 25 mins. I can live with the wait but my fries were luke warm. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to wait any longer. As I attempted to eat my burger, I smell this sour odor coming from it. The familiar smell of foul/expired/spoiled meat. I then ask one of the employees to smell the meat just to confirm. She makes the familiar "foul odor face" and backs away stating she would get a manager. Hilarious, manager claims he doesn't eat meat so wouldn't be familiar with the smell. He then offered to send the Chef out to make sure. (Like we need a consensus on stank meat) I agreed politely and the Chef promptly came to my table and immediately gave me a lesson on the burger blend of chuck and beef. He went on to give me insight on the coagulation of blood and included his culinary background to solidify his point that the burger was fine. I smiled and asked him to smell the meat! The restratraunt was less then half full we where told we would have to wait 30 mins for a table. That we did it took ten minutes once we where sat to be greeted. We where given 1 set of silverware for our table of 4. The only half way decent experience was the food. Although the sides where given to the wrong person. Our hotel offered a breakfast Comp for here aswell.... once again subpar service... our server was extremely rude and had an attitude towards us when we asked questions. She talked over us when we asked questions aswell. None of the employees here seem to enjoy being here... literally didn't see a single one of them smile laugh or joke with any of the customers while we where here. If you want mediocre food.. long waits... have rude waiting staff.... and over pay this is the place for you!!!! Never again will we step into this poor excuse for a fine...
