The Jimmy Johns on Dutchmans Lane has gone way downhill in the last few months - not sure if management or ownership has changed, but it is terrible. I have been ordering from them a few days a week as I work down the road. After my experience today, I think I'll have to find a new spot. I ordered my food (little john) via online pickup like I usually do (time was 12:38pm). I drove down to JJ and went inside at 12:55pm to see if my order was ready for pickup on the pickup table. I saw a few other people grab from the pickup table so nothing seemed different. Eventually 1:17pm rolls around and I am still sitting at the table inside of JJ, so I walk up to the counter to see whats going on. An employee (who was extremely rude and degrading) said "Ya we kept callin u over at that table." And I said....what do you mean kept calling me? So another girl walks over and asks what I got and I told her and she pulls my sandwich from beside the register and gives it to me? So then I say "Why was my order not placed at order pickup and why did no-one walk 5 steps over to me to get my attention?" Who knows now a days. So after I finally got my sandwich, I call the store and ask for the manager. He asks me if I was the same girl who was sitting at the table and proceeds to tell me that they tried to get my attention by saying "mam" (keep in mind my back was facing them the entire time). Read moreI have been ordering from here for 2 years. They always say they don't deliver to me and it's another location. Well that is not the case this store Dutchmans lane location. So Everytime I call I have to deal with this "we don't deliver to you" thing. But after we finally get thru this on every call, the employees are airheaded and rude. So now we are finally to the part where I can order food. Now we order at least 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips everytime. #9 and #16, we order them the same way everytime. Now when you order a #9 and a #16 but you get 2 #16's your gonna call the store and tell them. So they say they are gonna replace it, ok that fine. Keep in mind I have never had to call and get free food from Jimmy John's until recently. But they noted in my account that we were just trying to get free food and that ain't gonna work for them. Read moreI used to work at jimmy johns (not this location ) and I know the PROPER procedures! I ordered my food around 4pm and waited TWO hours. It was snowing but I ordered my food before and it took a little longer . I CALLED the store and some manager with a ARROGANT attitude answered the phone and I explained to him I haven’t received my food . He proceeded to tell me he “MEANT TO CALL ME” but didn’t ! They had been closing for almost a hour and weren’t going to notify me that my order was cancelled due to the weather.
