Las Haciendas — Restaurant in Stafford

Ordered the Bean Burrito from door dash. Got what looked like 2 dry enchiladas with no sauce on it at all. App said it was a burrito with cheese on top and rice and beans on the side. I was under the impression it would be an actual BURRITO, not 2 scrawny enchiladas filled with beans. Called to inquire if I even got the right order, the woman whom answered the phone seemed surprised it didnt have cheese on top. The 2nd person whom she passed the phone off too started to spew lines like it doesnt come with cheese (despite app saying otherwise..) Was really looking forward to finding a vegetarian friendly mexican restaurant on Doordash..but this is extremely disappointing. Would have asked for a refund but honestly grew tired of the lies I started to get. First time ordering and dealing with this place and this is definitely a horrible first impression. Wont lie though, I might go in an order the Burrito inside to dine in and see if I get the same thing. Just...

I walked in at 11:30 a.m. on a Saturday and was the only person in the place. I immediately thought that they were closed or the food was no good. Once inside I had to wait quite a while for someone to appear from the kitchen and seat me. However once seated everything turned to gold. Happy hour from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. including Saturdays. I ordered three crispy tacos with beef and one beef enchilada. As it was happy hour so I had a top shelf margarita with Don Julio Reposado tequila. I enjoyed the food so much that I got a take out order of street tacos Al Carbon for my wife. They're apparently busy at times because they have three seating areas and a full bar with seating. Multiple big screen TVs. Easily visible...

Just left Las Haciendas and I really wanted to leave Deborah with a zero tip but figured I would just come here to write a review.

We were the only ones seated in the restaurant at about 11:15am when they opened at 11am. The cheese queso that was brought to the table was lukewarm. The food was ok but I was disturbed by Deborah's customer service.

When she came to take our orders I let her know I had a question. I just simply wanted to know if I could get a beef burrito smothered in red or green chili to which she had an irritated answer like we were bothering her. Her customer service was terrible and although I do live in the area, I WILL NOT be returning...

Way to go Deborah on first...
