I recently visited Raising Cane's located at 12627 South Kirkwood Rd, Stafford, TX 77477 and ordered a box combo. While I appreciated the friendly staff and good service, I was highly disappointed with the size of the chicken tenders that were served to me.

When I ordered a box combo, I expected the chicken tenders to be of a substantial size, similar to what I have experienced in the past at other locations. Unfortunately, the chicken tenders I received were incredibly small, more akin to chicken nuggets rather than the hearty tenders I was hoping for. This left me feeling unsatisfied and disappointed with my meal.

If the tenders were going to be so small, I believe there should have been more included in the meal to compensate for their size. After all, the main reason I came to Raising Cane's was because their chicken tenders.

While I do want to acknowledge the positive aspects of my experience, such as the friendly staff and good service, I must emphasize that the underwhelming size of the chicken tenders overshadowed these factors. I left feeling somewhat let down by my visit to Raising Cane's at this particular location.

I hope that the management takes this feedback into account and considers adjusting the portion size of their chicken tenders in the future. It would greatly improve the overall dining experience and ensure that customers, like myself, feel satisfied with their meal.

UPDATE update my previous review regarding my recent experience at Raising Cane's. I am pleased to inform you that Manager Michael reached out to me personally to address the issues I encountered during my visit.

Following my initial review, Michael took immediate action and called me to apologize for the inconvenience caused. He expressed genuine concern and demonstrated a commitment to rectifying the situation. Michael assured me that the incident did not reflect their usual standards and emphasized their dedication to providing exceptional service.

To my surprise, Michael offered to remake my order at no additional cost, ensuring that the quality and satisfaction of the food would meet my expectations. We scheduled a convenient time for me to visit the restaurant and enjoy...

This is the canes closest to my house and i grab canes about once or twice every week and today has done it to finally write a review about this location today after a work i passed by since i forgot to pass by the one by my job since i always try to avoid this location for the same cause every single time i get up to the window no line or nothing and the guy on the drive thru sounds like he’s in on a rush to take my order i haven’t even finished talking and he’s already asking me “what else” mid sentence in a annoyed tone asked for a box combo no slaw extra toast and three extra canes sauces i get up to the window and im skeptical that he heard my extra three canes sauces request because of how he was rushing me so i ask the the supposed nice person in the drive through if the guy by any chance got my request for the three extra sauces and she just says yes in the most annoyed tone ever ever rushing again since her conversation seems more important i get my food and i check it before i leave the drive thru lane and guess what no sauce whatsoever not my extra three or none inside the box with the combo so now i gotta go back thru and i ask nicely and politely this whole time i don’t ever disrespect them at any moment ask for my sauce in the combo and im getting charged for it and of course im not gonna complain since i need my sauce for my food and have to pay for the two sauces in the box plus the extra i don’t receive and its obvious i dint get my extra three sauces when i asked because they dint even charge it on the receipt and when i get back to the window the girl in the window seems so irritated and annoyed just cause i drove back for my sauces and its just insane that they always somehow seem to get my order wrong this is why i always go to the one on westheimer and hazard st because it’s the closest to my job to avoid this one by my house and they are always so sweet polite and get my order write even repeating my order at the window which this location seems to not do they just have a bunch of high schoolers running the store with obviously no supervision in customer service or job taking this location is the most disappointing i have visited from the...

If you are looking for a out of body chicken tender experience stop reading and get over to Raising Cane's NOW.

Oh... you are still here. So you aren't sure just yet. I will tell you what then, the commercials I hear on the radio talk about how they have one thing they do and they want to be the best. Well I can assure you they are killing that goal. Their chicken strips are amazing. Juicy meat, with that light and crispy breading. Dipped in their sauce, once you take that bite and those flavors hit your tongue you will think you saw the mayor of flavor town sneaking out the back door.

Sorry, had to find a napkin, I started to drool.

Anyway, its not just the chicken, the toast is sooooooooooooo good. buttered and toasted so you get a beautiful light crunch with each bite.

The Fries are good, I enjoy the level of salt on the crinkle cut as the right level, and the cole slaw is not bad, but the star of the show is that chicken.

Also, you can enjoy the standard fountain drinks, but the store made lemonade and tea are amazing. Side note I also like to chew ice (I will wait for the booing to stop)... and they have some of the best ice out there.

If you are still here you must not have been that hungry, which raises the question on why are you reading a review on a Cane's this far if not to see if you want to try it?!? Are you a psychopath, a potential franchisee, just someone that likes to read and wanted to see what weird turns this review would take? Well which ever it may be, get yourself some canes, and a sweet tea and enjoy your...

The chicken is crazy small.... It's smaller than a regular kids meal chicken! I had to go to In and Out after the eating these chicken nuggets to get full! Update- Canes blamed their vendors on the size of the chicken. "Unfortunately, Raising Cane’s cannot control the natural size variability in chicken, which results in a wide range of sizes for our chicken fingers." I guess other chicken restaurants (Popeyes, Chick-fil-A, Jollibee) are lucky that they get large chickens.

I paid $9.00 for not very much food. The serving size for a 3 Box looked like a kids meal and they put a total of 8 fries in my box. Check the box before you drive away. They also rushed us to order to the point of upsetting my husband, he had to ask the employee to slow down and give him a chance to respond. We ordered 3 meals that totaled $40.00. Location definitely needs improvements.
