I have never done this before, and I am not one to make a bad complaint, but this one is deserved. The only reason I am writing this is because I love Dunkin, and the location of this one is right on my way to work. But after the service I got from there I would rather go on a different route and be late. I have been there many times and I have seen how they treat costumers, and it is not right. I usually try to give people the break because I know people have bad days but some of the ladies their are simply rude. The one clerk took my order which was nothing crazy; simply medium coffee and a sandwich. I got my coffee then proceeded to the line where I had to wait for my sandwich. after about ten minutes. I noticed that other costumers who where behind me got their food first. I gave them another five minutes, not making a fuss or anthing because I thought to myself maybe they forgot or maybe they are looking a certain ingredient. The young lady who took my order went to the back and was no where to be found, I asked one of the ladies about my sandwich nicely and she said it was not her problem and proceeded to talk to another costumer. I tried to ask her again and she gave me major attitude, telling me to look for the person that took my order that would be the one who should have made it. I was shocked, and still trying to keep my cool. It was busy in there and I explained to her and the other employees that the person who took my order was not there and that I wanted my sadnwich that I paid for. Another lady who seems to be the one running the show approached me and asked what was the sandwich I ordered. I told her the order and she looked at me as if I was the one in the wrong and said she would take care of it. Read moreAs of today, I will not step foot in this location again! There have been many times I have experienced very poor service at this location by a specific employee but chose not complain. There have been several times I go to this location to purchase something but once I see him through the window at the counter, I walk away and don't bother. Today 5/31/23 at about 6:35pm, I walk into this establishment and the employee is sitting in the corner by the donuts doing something on his phone, there are no customers so I think nothing of it. However, I greet him thinking he will get up, he looks up and barely says hello, but doesn't move and he goes right back to his phone. I look around behind the counter to see if there was another employee that was coming to assist me but there was not. I look at him again and just wait to see how long before he gets up to assist me. He finally gets up, obviously without any real desire to and stands at the register as if he's bothered or burdened to have to. If I could give a negative star rating I would but the lowest offered above is a one star. As he very slowly and without desire started making my drink he at some point just was standing there with my empty cup in his hand staring into space. To the point where the customer behind me asked him to move quicker. Unfortunately, I did not get the employees name but I believe it starts with a "K". Read moreI don't understand it, every time I go into this place the staff gets my order wrong. Today (7/3/2017) was no different. According to the receipt the cashier was Jelly P. I walk in and order a medium ice coffee. Jelly didn't seem to be paying attention. She was sort of talking really fast and low. Also she was not really looking at me while she was talking but my order was simple enough so I didn't think much of it. After she is done making it she hands me a small ice coffee and I tell her I ordered a medium. She snaps at me and says "No you said small." That was honestly the only time she enunciated and I could understand her. What bothered me the most was she could care less about customer satisfaction and just ignored me.
