UPDATE: I originally gave this place 3 stars based on my review below from about 7 months ago. I returned with a party of 7 in February and all was great. Even the bill haha. As in the past, food and service was great. Glad it all worked out!

Second time I’ve been to this location was mid July. Food was good both times. No complaints in that category as well as the service. I would have given 5 stars if not for two issues. First one is a personal preference of mine and it’s outdoor eating vs indoor. I prefer indoor especially on a hot summer day where air conditioning would go a long way while I’m sitting over a plate of hot food. This location had both set up. We sat inside but because they have outdoor seating available they see it fit to have all the folding doors wide open so you have no air conditioning at all. We weren’t even by the doors. We were closer to the bar along the wall and there was only one other occupied table inside and none outside. Yes I could have gone elsewhere but the family wanted to go here so no big deal. Just a heads up if you’re like me. The other issue was the charge made on my credit card. I keep all my receipts and then once a week review them against my account online. I noticed that an additional $12 was added to my bill and charged to my credit card. I called the restaurant to inquire about it. They politely took all my info and the receipt number and in 24 hrs called me back apologizing saying that it was an honest mistake and the server accidentally entered the wrong numbers when processing my charge. They refunded my credit card the $12. Honest mistake? Sure, could have been. Again, just a heads up to you. Would I go back? Sure. Food was good. Read moreTook my wife out for her birthday and she suggested Tutti Pazzi Being Italian I thought it was a great choice. Looked at the menu and looked good and savory. We ordered our wine and appetizers… my order was Mussels in red hot sauce and spaghetti with clams in a white sauce. When my Mussels appetizer arrived to the table the smell was awful the stench of fish going bad… didn’t say anything just moved to the side and waited for my next dish. I had asked in advance if the chef would not mind to cook my spaghetti aldente , the waitress said would not be a problem. My main dish arrived I took a look and the spaghetti were sticking together ( over cooked) this time I called the waitress over and I asked who was the chef. Explained to her that also the second dish was unacceptable, she apologized , and I told her she had nothing to do with cooking, and also told her that the service my wife and I were getting was great and she was very attentive and friendly. My question with the Mussels dish , WHY the chef would not tell the waitress “ I can’t cook and serve the Mussels they are passed the fresh date” why serving it to a customer and maybe getting him or her sick ? Why tell the waitress you will cook a dish to the like of the customer and then don’t deliver it. If a customer requests a dish cooked in a special way believe me they will know if the chef didn’t. Chef don’t insult your customers we came to your restaurant because we understand food, what you cooked for me and forced our waitress to serve to us was unforgivable. I’ve celebrated my birthday and valentines here for many years, and every single time the experience is nothing short of wonderful. The service is excellent, the food is consistently outstanding, and the entire staff makes you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. They are warm, accommodating, and attentive to every request—it’s clear they truly value their guests.
If I could give this restaurant 100 stars, I would. The only “bad” thing I can say is that once you’ve experienced Tutti Pazzi, you’ll regret going anywhere else—you’ll wish every restaurant had a team as professional, kind, and thoughtful as the one here.
I enjoy trying different places, but Tutti Pazzi will always stand out as having the best food, the best service, and the best people. They simply know what they’re doing, how to treat guests, and how to create a memorable dining experience every time. Highly, highly, highly HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
