I went in today to give this place a try for the first time everything went well until I had to pay I used Apple Pay which they allow and the lady proceeded to tell me my payment didn’t go through I found it strange because is said transaction approved so I checked my bank account and showed her the money had indeed been taken after a bunch of back and forth for 45 mins with her being rude and not understanding the situation I went and told her I’d tap to pay again the pos system said it cant take a duplicate transaction meaning it did in fact go through even her co worker told her it was approved she called her pos system company and they in fact told her it went through weak apologies got my order wrong on top of all of that and I’m never going back the food was good I’ve had better and if they take anything away from this learn how to use your system and don’t blame the customer and make them feel like they did...

If you are craving a hot bowl of authentic ramen, this is it!

Our search for the one place that can satisfy our ramen craving is over - Kyushu ramen is where it's at! We've tried three different ramen places nearby, and Kyushu's tonkotsu miso ramen has the most depth in terms of broth flavor among its competitors. Not too mention their generous portions of chasu! (Get the additional chasu order for 5 bucks and you'll have a bowl that you can share for two). Not to mention they do Saturday and Sunday brunch menu for 17.95 per person which includes an appetizer (our fave is the karaage and pork dumplings) and an entree. Have a brunch date, share a bowl and a roll together.

I'm surprised this place is not as busy as the other ramen place in the strip - even though the portion and taste at Kyushu...

I’m leaving a 3 star review not because the food was bad but the service was awful. There were only 3 waiters for the entire restaurant and the waiter we had was not pleasant. She was in a rush to take our order and when I went to ask her a question about a specific drink she told me to look at the menu. Once the food was delivered to the table she never came back to check if we needed anything else or if the food was fine. The icing on the cake was when my husband picked up the left over bag and the ramen that’s the waiter packed and it fell right through the bottom of the paper bag and hit the floor. The steam from the container must have made the paper bag moist and weak causing it to break. Sad to say- we had no leftovers to take home. We likely will not return due to...

Ate here more than a week ago. Nice big place and friendly staff. Our order took long though (for ramen). Roughly 30-40mins waiting. Pork Buns were great. Tender meat/fat, we'll marinated. Got the Spicy Tonkotsu Miso. Broth was fantastic. Packed with flavor and spices. Creamy and oh so satisfying. Pork chasu was super good. Tender, flavorful, well marinated and prepared. Good size. Ordered extra chasu and noodles by the way. Noodles was cooked right. Tasted very good with the broth. Overall was a great ramen experience. Would definitely recommend and come back here.

Had dinner with some friends here tonight. We were seated quickly and given drinks. The service was generally good and we got our food in a timely manner. The skewers were nice to start off with, I had a set of squid skewers that hit the spot. Then I shared some takoyaki (fried Japanese octopus balls). The takoyaki was delicious as was its sauce. The Kaiser Ramen I had was absolutely phenomenal, a great bowl of seafood. The broth was delicious and the portion left me feeling satisfied. Definitely worth a trip to eat the ramen here!
