Their customized piñatas were amazing!! Highly recommended. But their balloon service is extremely awful and unprofessional. I ordered 40 transparent bobo balloons to be delivered on the party day. Owner called me on the day that the balloons they ordered didn’t float. Plus, the two of my own 36 in balloons didn’t float. I asked them to send me videos of my own balloons. It was obviously because they didn’t inflate them enough. So they inflate them more and said the balloons worked this time. While I was at the party city fixing the balloon problems last minute on an already stressful day, the owner delivered the two 36 in balloons which floated for like 2min. They charged me $40 ( $10 each balloon for inflation, $15 for delivery, plus tax) and they delivered trash that couldn’t be used when I was not home. They didn’t try to fix the problems other than blaming the balloons…I thought I found a place that I can get customized piñatas and balloon delivery that I can simply text to get what I need. And I tried to support the local business even they charge for delivery fee (spent $400 sth), but it didn’t work and I was extremely disappointed. Still give them 3 stars for the piñatas. But party city is the place for balloons. Much more reliable and free delivery for orders...

We bough a customs piñata for our daughter. We picked it up Saturday, party was Sunday. 1. The piñata was poorly made, we couldn’t lift it by the hook without the top ripping 2. The bottom was not sturdy it was either too filled or not built for the weight of the candy (we paid for it to be prefilled with candy) paid $165-$170 for a piñata we couldn’t use and the kids couldn’t even hit. We called asking for a refund or partial refund the piñata is still there (wasn’t used at all) piñata was useless. Very disappointed. Not only that but the owner or employee is rude and yells at you if she thinks you’re taking a picture of the store. There’s a sign but she assumes that because you have your phone out you’re recording or taking pictures. Definitely wouldn’t recommended.

Update: no refund was every offered when we called Monday because like I said the piñata was to be used Sunday afternoon. the piñata was not in a locked car not sure where you got that information. This week it was hot so we made sure to move the piñata indoor in a cool room. There is a sign, whoever was working that day pointed to it when I had my phone out, it was above the counter...

I came into Pinatalandia with my daughter just expecting to buy a small piñata for her birthday that was to be happening hours later. I had a budget set since I am a single mother but to my surprise the generous and compassionate owner and her husband not only gave me a beautiful but quite the party size of a gorgeous Unicorn, filled it with 2 bags worth of candy and gave me the blind fold and piñata stick plus party hats for half of what is expected to pay! I am so highly thankful and appreciative of their selfless deed and generosity! Please support this beautiful family and business God is shining on them and they are looking to help and make your child/children day! They value what the do and do it with the best of care and consideration for others! God bless...
