I was referred to this place by T-Mobile for my cracked screen. Not knowing anything about their claims process, I stopped by and spoke to Leonardo, who advised that they didn't carry my screen replacement size in-store, would order it and call me in a couple of days, at which point when I came back in they'd assist with me filling a claim. Fine. Over a week goes by, no call --no big deal, things happen--so I call to follow up. The guy answering the phone was SUPER defensive--didn't want to give me his name (which I just asked for reference purposes, I wasn't even mad or wanting to complain yet.) He said it was "irrelevant" to him trying to solve the problem, lol (although it literally would've taken a second--a lot less time than him trying to shadily skirt the issue.
He stated they had a claims process opposite of what the first guy said--but in a defensive, very attitudinal way for some reason (probably knowing they messed up, lol.) Read moreI had and appointment to fix my Dad’s phone, the device was working great it only needed the front and back screens changed (cracked). As soon as we left the store the phone seemed fine, not even 20 minutes into the highway the touch screen stopped working and it began overheating. We tried turning the phone off but since the screen wasn’t responding we could not get it to turn off. My Dad went back (not even an hour had passed) and the guy blamed everything on my Dad trying to say that he broke the phone and it that wasn’t his fault the touch screen that HE “fixed” wasn’t responding. The owner or manager should check who this guy is, his attitude overall was DISGUSTING from the start, another guy walked in and had an argument because his customer service was absolutely insane. My Dad even had to call the cops because the guy was extemely aggressive with his attitude. Tmobile should not be recommending these mediocre places and this place should be more careful with who they hire.
