Dunkin' — Restaurant in Stamford

Dunkin Donuts corporate really needs to do surprise audits and inspections at this store. The absolute worst DD in town. I as a loyal DD customer can immediately tell the difference in product. This store has watered down coffee, watered down flavoring, they never give enough cream cheese on the bagels. DD corporate please review their formulas and check their diluted beverages please. Retrain them especially on iced beverages. Iced coffee means a cup full of ice with cream and coffee, not flat cool coffee and 3 pieces of ice. Thanks! This place never gets anything right they don’t care that customers are paying for product plus paying for their shifts… they never get the coffee right nor do they stir it, I asked for hash browns well done 99% of the time they don’t listen to the well done part and that 1% they did and they burnt it so bad that I can’t even bite it it’s like a rock! I never had these issues at other Dunkin’s it’s convenient to go there because of the drive thru but the service is...
