I went to front and the worker is making a sandwich and asks me what I want. I’m ordering two sandwiches and I only get to say one. I pause to wait for her to finish so I can complete my order but then she asks the person behind me what he wants. I wasn’t even finished. Didn’t ask me questions like “anything else”? “What kind of bread”Etc…

I wanted to ask another worker a quick question and I couldn’t even get her attention idk if she couldn’t hear me because she had ear buds in or what but that annoyed me. Costumer Service was bad.

But that wasn’t the worse part… I got my sandwiches and as I was eating mine a foreign sharp object stabbed and cut the roof of my mouth? And I have no idea what it could of been when I’m eating a Philly cheese steak sandwich. A nail? Who knows cause I...

Jersey Mikes is usually pretty good, however this location is not. Stopped here with my family on a drive up to Boston. We got 3 Italian subs and 3 hot subs. The three people who had the Italian subs (one of them being me) all got sick the next day. You will note that others have posted similar experiences and comments on hygiene as well.

The quality at this location is lower than the ones where we go around our home in Delaware. The staff is a little disorganized - like people standing around waiting for the prior person to finish something while there was a long line of people waiting to order.

However, the cleanliness is really an issue, and is definitely reflected in the product that you get. Subs for 6 people cost over $100 after...

While I find the sandwiches tasty, unless you order in person they are never right. I have ordered on the app for delivery at least 8 times and the order was almost always wrong and inconsistent...wrong bread, missing extra toppings that I paid extra for, even wrong bags of chips which is so simple to get right. In fact I had a large order of 6 sandwiches and 6 bags of chips recently and every single item was wrong, completely unacceptable. I reached out to management via email and received absolutely no response, which tells me they just don't care. If they could simply get the orders correct I would give 4 stars, but the fail on this constantly. I also find that the sandwiches are bigger when in person vs ordering...
