The atmosphere of this place is great. For whatever reason, I was there in winter, and the place was a little cold, and when you hit the bathroom, it's like you're stepping outside. I had to mention that because of just how unusual it was, it made me step back out. I've ordered take out from here several times in the week and the food is always pretty good, but I always get the same thing, so it made me want to come out and sit in the location and eat so I could ry different things. I was pretty disappointed. I don't know if the weekend made the difference, but the shrimp and pork tacos I enjoyed before weren't as good. Their salads were phenomenal If I'd had just salads and the fried spicy cauliflower, it would have been perfect, but that didnt happen. I asked for a recommendation of a sweet drink/cocktail and was told about something with strawberry, cucumber and lemon and it tasted absolutely insipid...so fresh and just completely sour I couldn't go past the first sip. Our waitress later saw I didn't touch it and offered to fix it, which is usually a no for me since I HATE sending any food back, but she was so sweet about it I let her, but it came back just as fresh tasting and only a tad less sour. I tried to drink it to not be rude, but I just couldn't. I brought back the leftovers so I could have someone else try the food that normally eats from there with me and they had the same view of the food...very different from in the week but enough to make me not want to try another Sunday trip here. I decided to go out for dinner, didn't feel like cooking. I had been here 2 weeks ago with my son and we had a great meal and the service was okay (the young girl who was working outside was more attentive than the guy serving us) so I decided to go back. I took my dog and got there about 7:30. They wanted you to wait to be seated. That was the first sign as I and a couple (also w dog) waited. No one came out. A bus boy passed us while bringing food to someone and then came over and sat us all down. He brought a water bowl for my dog and said he'd send someone right over. 5 minutes later a waitress came out, tended to the table to my left, looked at me and then walked away. Didn't ask if anyone had helped me yet. Another 5 minutes later she came back out and tended to the couple with the dog, looked at me again and once again just walked away.

I got up and left. The bus boy was the best part of that experience.

As you can see the owner responded to my review and asked that I contact them directly to try to rectify the situation. I did so, twice, and got zero response! So much for wanting to make things right. I personally will not go back now as they paid no attention to me when I was there and then feigned regret at the situation and ignored me again by not responding to either...

I have been here several times having great experiences but was extremely upset after our experience tonight. A table near us was asked several times by a customer to stop vaping indoors (management did not get involved), it almost resulted in an escalated argument but was resolved. The most upsetting part was after being told by wait staff that we could finish the drinks we had purchased at the table we were sitting at, someone who said they were a manager came over to our table to scream at us that we in the way. We explained that we had been told it was okay to stay and finish, and their response was "I don't care I'm the manager." They continued to yell at us and after several back and forth's, they told us that we could move to another table. After asking why they didn't lead with that option, the manager ignored our question and told us we could just leave. Not only should we have not been asked to leave our table but to be screamed at was entirely out of line. I hope that in the future, management can put...
