WOW! I cannot recommend a taco place more than Carter's Table. It is like a gourmet and affordable version of Torchy's Tacos down in Texas. The tacos are absolutely bursting with flavors! I highly recommend getting the Taco Flight so you can try 3 varieties. So far the Brisket has been my absolute favorite, but I still need to try some more before cementing it as the best Taco. Service is great, they are friendly and helpful when you are unsure of what to order. You can watch him make them while you wait, so you know they are freshly prepared. I've been enjoying Shawn's tacos ever since coming across his stand at the downtown farmers market. If you didn't get there right after opening, a line would snake around the corner into Calder Way. The scent of grilled, perfectly seasoned meats would make anyone's mouth water.
