Shaker's Grill Food Cart... Yup a food cart, I haven't seen too many of these in my neck of the woods being that I reside in TX.
My first impression was like "yo this is pretty dope". Shaker's has a nice feel to it, the people were very friendly, and the food came out hot and quick.
However, I feel like you have to be here at a good time of day, I mention time of day because it's located in the eye of the storm. Slap in the middle Nittany Lion country. Home of Penn State University football.
College students are everywhere and you know when class is out their inner hunger monster comes out to feast. I got there right after the real rush.

We had two plates, mine was a Gyro/Chicken mix my wife's was Chicken both came with seasoned rice and a salad. White and red sauce.
As soon as I smelt it, I knew I had to get at it. The day was kind of muggy so we didn't sit outside but it was a great front side date night.
Anyway, the gyro meat was hella tender the rice was spiced right, the chicken was finger licking and the red sauce will make you holler.
