ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK. I ordered three pizzas for delivery, one of which was incorrect and the other was disgusting. Only one was one would consider edible. The chicken bacon ranch pizza was dry and tasted like there wasn't even any ranch on it. The "Nice to Meat You" was absent, a plain cheese pizza in its place. When I called for a refund or a remake, they refused to do it unless I returned the pizzas in person (if I had been able to come to the store physically I wouldn't have spent the money on delivery). Also, they claimed they couldn't do a refund anyway without a manager so it would have been a waste of time for me to show up. At this, I notified the same shift lead that I wanted a full refund due to the terrible service and poor quality pizza. I went in today for the refund and the manager on duty not only gave me a snippy attitude, only refunded me for one pizza, but continued to give me the runaround like I had just sprung this issue on her today. She also informed me that I didn't need the card present to perform the refund, something I'd been told the opposite the previous day. The employees are rude, unprofessional, and dishonest.
I chose delivery for the convenience of myself and my guests only to receive poor quality pizza and terrible customer service. On top of that, one of my guests got ill as a result of the poor quality. If you like quality pizza, do not order from ANY Stoners Pizza Joint. Read moreCalled the establishment to order 2 pizzas. Nobody answered the phone. So I went online to order. Then they called me and told me they were refusing my order. So far no problem. I asked why they were closing at 5pm on a Saturday and I was told we can’t disclose that information. So I check my bank account and notice the nearly 30 dollar charge is still there. So I am a block away and I go to the store. I knock on the door and a lady comes out and I say you guys told me you wouldn’t make my order but you charged my card and would not refund me. Lady says everybody quit and we had to close and I can’t refund your money today. She told me I’d get a refund tomorrow when district manager came. What if that’s all the money I had to eat on? What you mean you won’t refund my money? I already know there won’t be a refund until I jump through hoops to get it. It going to be a headache. Read moreI ordered at 3:30 pm for a 6:00 pickup. Got there at 5:50 and they couldn't find where I ordered. After being asked by 2ndifferent employees if i was sure I ordered from them, I showed them my phone log with their number on it, I was told we'll we didn't get it in the system. The manager said they could get them out to me in 15-20 mins. I told them to go ahead and get them made, but ended up taking them over 30 mins. Didn't get an apology from the manager, but did from the girl working the register. I made it to my meeting right on time, and had to scramble to get everything set up.
