Krystal — Restaurant in Georgia

Unfortunately, the only one star this LOCATION gets is because of the food, which I love. The issue with this place is the poor management and some of the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I placed my order online for a full sack, 3 fries, and 4 chiks on a Thursday evening at 7:22pm. The website said the order would be ready in 8 mins. I pulled up 12 mins later and went inside. There were 2 people there. 1 at the drive thru and 1 cook. They both moved at a SNAIL pace and did not acknowledge my presence in the slightest. Girl yelled for another girl to come hell. She waddles up slower than a turtle. Extremely rude attitude. I asked “how much longer on my online order” she replied “at least 15 mins” I replied “please cancel my order” she replied “I don’t know how to do that without my manager who’s not here” I replied “ok I’ll wait” 35 mins later I got my food. I almost walked out several times. It was seriously the worst customer ‘service’ I have received in many years. The food took 43 mins!!!!!! There were MANY other people in the complaining and waiting. But the worst part was the STAFF! They all had zero sense of urgency and zero f&$@s to give. They should all be fired immediately, and the manager on ‘duty’ should be fired also. Completely unacceptable!! Is this kind of service what we have to live with now??? I will be contacting their corporate office about this location...

Great Food, But Cleanliness Ruined It.

We stopped by this spot hoping for a good meal, and to be fair, the food was actually really good. My chicken sandwich and pups were flavorful, and everything we ordered came out hot and fresh. Our server, a young man, was very polite and respectful, definitely one of the bright spots of the visit.

Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

The overall cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired. The floors were dirty, windows had visible grime, and none of the tables seemed to have been wiped down. My mom happened to get a glimpse into the kitchen, and let’s just say… it didn’t do anything to help our appetite.

She gave it her best shot and tried to eat her chicken sandwich, but the more she chewed, the bigger it seemed to get. Eventually, she just gave up.

To make matters worse, the bathroom was downright nasty. The sink faucet was running nonstop, the entire bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month, and there was piss all over the floor. It was the kind of mess that makes you want to hold it and wait until you get home.

To top it off, there was no ice in the machine, and the Coke tasted like a flat off-brand version. For a place with solid food and good service, it’s a shame the cleanliness and attention to basic details weren’t up to par. Clean it up, and it could be...

I don't often do reviews but I don't know how to say it I go to this place because of the convenience of it being near me but depending upon what you order it seems like they take really not exaggerating forever, as a punishment for not ordering something easy on the menu such as crystal hamburgers or sausage gravy biscuits I literally have waited this evening up to 15 minutes for something that was on the menu and I thought they were short-staffed until I went inside after waiting at the drive-thru to see four people standing around just looking at me, I've gone there for breakfast and ordered exactly what's on the menu and it is a ponderous long wait I literally think the employees make you wait to punish you I am always seeing people just drive out of the line because they've been waiting so long after they've ordered I am not exaggerating, I am not ordering above and beyond anything I'm just ordering exactly what's on the menu with nothing else it's really profound, and I don't know if the owner even looks at the hard numbers for the...
