I went to this store to get a replacement battery for my galaxy s8. I was told the whole process would be $40, however i could pay an extra $20 dollars to get overnight shipping. After paying $60, i returned two days later to get my phone. I found out that my battery had yet to be ordered and decided to give it one more day. After coming back three days later, i was confronted with the manager who was working there at the time. I believe his name was Faris, or Pharis. I am not sure how you spell it. I have never encountered someone so blatantly rude in my entire life. I had to literally step out of the store to control my anger. Manager Pharis informed me that i paid normal price and that I could get no refund, probably because he had just ordered the battery that day. He cursed at me and told me to get out of his store and all I was doing was trying to explain the situation to him. He laughed in my face numerous times on top of cursing at me. I am still waiting for my phone to be fixed there, since i paid so much money to do so and could get no refund. I could write alot more about the rudeness of the manager, but I rather spend my time trying to figure out who to report him to higher up the chain. I would never go to this store again.    Read moreUnfortunately dealing with the Statesboro Mall location has been a nightmare. I took my phone in for a screen repair and have not had a working screen since. I was understanding for the first THREE times but once the screen was replaced for a third time and still didnât work I requested a refund. I was only offered a partial refund along with them taking the âfaultyâ screen out and replacing it with a cracked screen they had in store (that was in much worse condition than my initial screen was in in the first place) all so they could be compensated for the faulty screen. Keep in mind, nobody was concerned with me being compensated for the money I had spent on a non working screen or the time and gas that was spent driving back and forth on 3 separate occasions. I contacted corporate, who contacted the owner. The owner goes by the name of Paul Woodlow. Mr Woodlow refused anything but a partial refund and the return of the faulty screen. When I asked for proof of a refund or return policy stating that I received an email that I was being denied any further service from this CELLAIRIS and that I was never to come back into their store.    Read moreI honestly am disappointed. I took my phone up there today at 3:30pm for a cracked screen replacement. There was nobody in the shop once I arrived for about 10 minutes. He told me it would take about 3 hours to finish my phone repair, which I was ok with I asked him what time they closed and he told me 8pm and that my phone could be picked up by 6:30pm or I could get it before they close. So my husband and I arrive back to pick my cell phone up at 6:50pm and to my surprise they had already shut the store down when the business hours clearly said they didn't close until 8pm and he didn't try to call and let me know knowing we had informed him we lived out of town and waited around to get my phone fixed. End of story I now have to go back and waste gas and unnecessary time to go back up there to get the phone I should have had no problem getting, it isn't like it was 10 or 15 minutes from closing when I arrived it was a hour and 10 minutes from the stores closing time.
