I arrived to the restaurant at 945 and tried to enter the restaurant to place an order for my family of 5. When I tried to open the doors, they were locked, but I noticed a sign that said you're open until "10 or later". I knocked on the door and was told by a team member that the lobby was closed and to go through the drive through. At this point the drive through line wasn't really moving and it was wrapped around the building. I asked him if they would be able to serve everyone before 10 and he replied it was "policy to serve everyone". By the time I got to the speaker to order, it was 10:09 (second negative experience-slow fast food). The cashier came on the speaker and said that they were only serving hard and soft tacos and nothing else. I asked to clarify and she repeated it. It wasn't anything that I originally wanted, but my kids wanted taco bell so I started ordering "6 crunchy tacos with only beef, 6 regular tacos..." Then was interrupted by her saying, "we ain't tryin to make a bunch of tacos, we're not doing the party packs" I told her I wasn't trying to do the party pack, but I have a large family I'm trying to feed and that I had already been waiting 25 minutes just to get to the soaker and was already told they WOULD serve me and the fact that now they're limiting what I'm ordering is already bad enough. To which she said, drive around. There was no apology, no professionalism, no standing behind your products, just people there for the paycheck and not wanting to work a minute longer. I just spent $40 for a meal that no one in my family really wanted, but dealt with because that's all we could get. The time between visits here at this Statesboro location is getting fewer and further between because I have not had one positive experience here. I don't know what needs to happen to get your people to care, but this is not the way to treat customers. I used to manage a McDonald's in North Carolina and if I had caused the same experience for my customers, I would've been written up, and if I continued, I wouldn't have been a manager, or even an employee there anymore. I get customer service, I work in retail myself. It sucks having to stay late for customers that come in last minute, but unfortunately, that's the nature of the beast. Take care of your customers and they'll take care of you... When you don't, well,...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible customer service inside this Taco Bell! Candice the cashier put our food in wrong when we clearly told her about 5 times what we wanted and the food came out wrong and we understand that happens and told them it was wrong and instead of saying sorry we will fix this for you she proceeded to argue saying we ordered it wrong then after we explained Again she said it was the cooks fault with an attitude then went back to blaming us then the other lady that came over agreeing with the cashier with an attitude and she was the one training the girl completely disgusting telling us again we ordered it wrong with an attitude then they acted like they didnt want to fix our meal like we can just deal with it finally they remade the food and we said thank you and the cooks were very respectful and as soon as we sat down they all started running their mouth about us saying yes he mad and he ordered it wrong and keep going on and on so my husband and I walked back up there to confront them about running their mouth about us and again ghetto attitude we got and then we asked to see the manager to hopefully to get decent customer service wrong again the manager just stood there allowing her employees to argue and trash talk us instead of controlling her employees this place the worst customer service and complete trash I have ever witnessed such poor customer service and management how hard is it to admit to making a mistake it was fine until they talked disrespectful to us when all we wanted as our meal right and to sit down and enjoy our food I will not be going here again! Read moreWell... this experience was horrible. My boyfriend and I went last night to order from Taco Bell. Can't say we enjoyed our time. We ordered our food online and went to the window, told the girl our name and she told us to pull around to the window. She handed our bag immediately and closed the window without a word. We waited for her to hand our drinks out, but she didn't. She turned away to play around with another coworker before walking out the front door. We waited a few minutes hoping she'd see we hadn't moved, she never returned. We pulled back around to the speaker box, seeing 6 or so of the workers sitting outside in front of the doorway. The girl who served us saw us waiting and took her time before going back inside. We informed her of our missing drinks and she handed them without question. They were already prepped, she never paid attention to give them. We left the restaurant and I checked our bag to find it being someone else's order through UberEats. We had to return to Taco Bell once again, parked this time so we could show the girl her mistakes and our true order, but before my boyfriend could speak a word she said, "lobby is closed. Use the window." We parked close by to their group and she waited for my boyfriend to walk up to her before informing him of the closed lobby. Not to mention they were all smoking weed and we smelled it before exiting the vehicle. We pull to the window, again. Tell her our correct order and waited for about 10 minutes, she returns with a new bag of food and hands it without a word, again. No apology, nothing. She closes the window in our faces again and returns outside to her co-workers to continue their weed session. This was...
