Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Statesville

The food is great as always, but I feel like with the new teenagers that they are hiring should provide more customer service because today I walked in I was not greeted and almost every crew member stared at me and watched me walk in and wait to be seen while having their own conversations amongst each other, and I had to wait until their conversation was over to be served. And then the young lady that served me was not enthusiastic or looked happy to serve me clearly seeing that I’m frustrated because I had to wait for them to finish their conversation. When I finished with my transaction and paid for my food, the other young girl slid my bag over very carelessly and told me to have a good day in a negative manner and walked away. If you don’t want people to get upset with y’all then provide better customer service and start greeting your customer when they walk in and seeing that a manager was standing there watching it all happened instead of telling a worker to come serve me is even more crazier. I went in arourn 4:20 there were no customers. I love chipotle but their workers make you not want to come back due to their own personal and attitude problems. I will be travelling to other cities for chipotle moving forward. If you guys hire these workers, then they should have the same attitude that you hired them for. This is my second time coming here in the past month and I was not greeted and workers had attitudes and not paying attention to customers as they are coming in and WAITING for their food as the workers just talk and ignore you and majority of the time it’s mostly young workers who are young teenagers. These two were females. I should never get asked “what do you want?” When I’m finally acknowledged after waiting 3 minutes for the coworkers to finish their conversation. Chipotle 210. Won’t get my money anymore because now I’m annoyed with this store. It’s cool to allow a working environment to be comfortable for these young teenagers, but it should never get to the point to where you allow them to treat people disrespectfully when they come in and give you their hard earned money. Kindness goes a long way and I didn’t want to write this review, but the attitudes that I got were very unnecessary because I was waiting for y’all to serve me not me waiting to serve y’all. Ordered for pickup and headed towards the restaurant, got in the drivethru line and waited, didn’t want to go inside since my dog was with me in the car. Almost 15 minutes later I got to the window, was handed my bag, lady was very nice at the window. I ended up parking in a space to double check my items because the bag seemed unusually light. I ordered a veggie bowl with all the toppings, I opened the lid and there was only rice, beans and pico inside. It was missing literally everything else, so I headed inside the empty restaurant. An older man came to my assistance at the counter, I showed him my order and what the food looked like.. he motioned for the girl that made it to come look at it. She said she didn’t remember making it? Anyways he remade the bowl for me, told me they were out of the fajita veggies which was a disappointment since I ordered a veggie bowl, but he agreed to give me extra guac after I asked. I don’t have anything bad to say about the food I ordered the new Carne Asada tacos and they are tender and delicious. But I do think it’s STUPID and absolutely makes no sense the conversation I just had with the girl at the drive thru window. I ordered 4 entrees all tacos . I asked if I could pls have 4 of the vinaigrettes the girl told me she can only give me 3 per order I said but I have 4 orders and they are all tacos she said yeah we can’t I can only give out 3 . I said well I would have added it on when I placed my order but I didn’t see that option to buy it she then reply’s with well we don’t charge for it but if you need more than 3 we charge .. the cups aren’t even filled up half way!
