Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Statesville

I used to eat at JJ in Charlotte while I was in school, so I was so excited to have a JJ here in town since I was pregnant & I craved JJ. The first few orders were always great! It was definitely Not fast, but accurate. The quality eventually went down as well. Items would be left off, no condiments in the bag, sweet tea was definitely not sweetened, & they'll tell you your order is on the way in the app, in reality, it's not. Or your order will be done & sitting there, but not updated on the app. When the deliveries have been made, they've been left outside without an update in the app, without a message stating the food is here & it can be left outside for a while before you even know it's there. Imagine paying this amount for a few subs & drinks, for them to be left outside for whatever/whomever to get them. Not okay. Hopefully the Statesville store gets their affairs in order, or they'll be the next...

I’ve had the same Thai chicken wrap from this location probably 5 or 6 times now. The first couple of times it was amazing. The last 3 times have been a huge disappointment. Today I actually ordered 2 of them. They are supposed to come with chicken breast, cucumbers, “crispy carrot noodles,” mayo, and a Thai satay-style sauce, all in a regular flour tortilla. Todays wraps were overwhelmed with the satay sauce, no mayo, no lettuce, no carrots… so it was smothered chicken with a couple of cucumbers. The inconsistency of this restaurant will keep me from returning. I called back to speak to the restaurant and didn’t get any sort of any apology. Was told they were almost out of the sauce so the guy was just trying to use the rest of it and they didn’t have the carrots… and I’m assuming the my were out of lettuce too. For $20… you’re better off going...

I have written a review on this location before, but I felt compelled to write another one. Every single employee that I have come in to contact with is amazing. Friendly, fast and correct every single time. In times like these, it's easy for consumers and employees alike to lose sight of whats important. These employees are incredible at making the customer feel valued and providing exemplary service and fresh fast food. I truly wish I would have asked their names but I visited on 3/29 at around 2:45 PM and I had interaction with almost every employee working and every single one of them were just wonderful. I will continue to patronize this Jimmy Johns for years to come. I love the food, but the true value in an establishment is the staff, and you all hit a home run at this location....
