Dunkin' — Restaurant in Staunton

Came here on our road trip from Central New Jersey to Gatlinburg, Tennessee, this morning around 8 am. Workers were pretty friendly and nice. Service was fast. Got some donuts that we don't have back in NJ like the maple frosted, apple n' spice, and lemon donuts. All donuts were really good and flavorful and also fresh and soft. I am a regular DD customer and today I’ve just had it. The customer service at this location is awful. The girls who work the drive-thru window are extremely rude, they consistently forget items in my orders, and the food is always burnt. The Richmond Rd location is amazing. They at least say hello when you approach the window and get the order right. Although that location is further away, I try to always waste the gas to go...

It’s so nice to have an updated Dunkin nearby. I’ve been several times since it opened and I’m really happy. The food is hot and good. The espresso drinks are delicious and properly made. The inside is clean. My drive thru experience is friendly and generally pretty quick. Employees are friendly and helpful. Also can’t beat on tap coffee! One of my favorite features! Definitely recommend...
