So this review is being written during the Harry Potter Festival, so take it as you want it, but this food truck should have been prepared. The wait time even when I ordered online was abysmal. They had items online that they ran out of an hour previously. They kept telling people inconsistent wait times, and left people waiting in line forever. When I did get my food I did not get any vegetables which I paid for, and the food tasted off. It didn’t taste like quality, and the steak was chewy. And when I say best because it actually tastes fresh like it was just made if it hadn’t been. I’m so excited to try the hibachi next! Very friendly staff! BUT THEY WILL NOT PROMPT YOU TO TIP ON CARD so please make sure to ask to tip on card if you don’t have cash! This will be my new go to snack place after work. Read moreLook, you won’t be disappointed. We went TWO nights in a row because it was that good. The best hibachi we’ve had. It’s fresh, great portions, and does not have tons of oil. I love the variety of veggies (carrots, broccoli, onions) and the 911 rice is just spicy enough. The meats are so fresh. It’s the first hibachi we’ve had where the yum yum sauce truly works with the food to compliment it and is not used to add flavor (if that makes sense). If you’ve been thinking of trying it, DO IT!
