Was in the area after work and tried ordering a fish sandwich yesterday (2/26/19). The guy tells me that they don't serve breakfast all day. I was confused and I asked him a second time as clearly as I could over their speaker that I wanted a fish sandwich. He then says that they don't serve fish sandwiches (a year round staple btw). I asked again in astonishment about them not serving fish sandwiches, and he just said no. I said thank you and just left. It makes no sense that they're not serving fish sandwiches, especially with lent coming up in a week. It would make sense if they just ran out for the day or something of that sort, but not serving it? Doesn't make sense. I tried repeating myself a couple times and trying to be super clear, but either the guy did not want to listen and has poor customer service or they just don't serve fish around, the year round staple, even during lent time (which seems to be unlikely). Took my business to Arby's, who were more than happy to oblige. They don't even serve fish year round like Burger King, but have it now for the lent season. I'm baffled at Burger King and am wondering what is going on with...
Read moreOvercharged me. When I mentioned it they got all mad. Took off with my credit card. After 5 minutes of nobody including the manager being able to figure it out they got the order wrong again. No receipt of course so I'll figure what they charged me the second time adding another sandwich. When I finally got my turn at the second window it had been a good while and the manager the skinny foreign guy who was short with me every interaction says "pull up" starts yelling at me like I'm his kid lol. I get the speed of a service time was down. That's because you guys are slow. Yelling at all the customers to pull to the side that only ordered one thing doesn't make any sense. Manager sticks out my bag of food after I was polite every exchange and just says "yup" and acts all tough. Food was cold. Sandwich was soggy. Overcharged me twice. Tried to get a free boxing lesson from me. Who you gonna complain to the manager? Lol. All you can do is laugh. This is the quality of people working here. It's silly. Only go here if you're desperate or you like a little light abuse from 100...
Read moreStopped in with my husband for a quick bite to eat for lunch. We both ordered whopper Jr meals ( small) paid 14 dollars and some change. For starters they have a special for whopper jr duo which offered several different variations of the whopper jrs with a small fry and small drink for $10 plus tax. We discovered that after the fact of paying the original price for our meals. We wondered why the worker would not suggest that but the fine print states we must ask!! We obviously do not go to Burger King frequently enough to keep up with the specials. I think that’s shady considering the cost of food nowadays especially the fast food junk. We also asked for some salt and the blonde girl literally gave one packet of salt for two people!! Burger King could not even bother to greet customers or spare one packet of salt for each guest/customer. No hi, good day, bye or thank you’s! Food was great but service not so much! So much for “ Have it your way!” This location was...
