Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Sterling Heights

I attempted give this restaurant another try but again they fell flat. One person was working while the rest hung around and conversed while customers were waiting. When it was our time to order, i simply asked a question for which the person did not know the answer. She asked one of the conversing employees and she angrily answered back no. After seeing cheese and other animal products cross contaminating the so called plant based foods, and also the attitude for the conversing worker, I decided not to order. I mean it is really not plant based if chunks of meat are in the beans and sofritos, or cheese thickly layered in the guacamole - let us be honest. If you have allergies to certain foods, the cross contamination is a serious issue too. My family member ordered and the conversing employee finally decided to angrily help finish filling their burrito. He too said the employee is not happy. Maybe the place is a terrible place too work - idk. I called the customer care number and they said they were going to fix these issues and someone will contact you shortly. Nobody ever did contact me. The management at the lakeside chipotle will leave a owners comment to contact customer service, which I already did, but they will not contact me after talking to customer service. If the management wanted to talk to me, they can simply say call the store - they, however, appear to not want to. The owners comments are boilerplate anyways and they most likely don't even read a customer post. Oh well, 13 plus dollars for a half size burrito is outrageous anyways.

This is my first review and thought it was necessary! It was a breath of fresh air today to go eat at Qdoba. The food was good and service was great! I decided to give them a try after my horrific visit to the Lakeside location! While I am standing in line ordering my food a worker threw another customers food on top of mine after it had been slid all over the counter already. My meal was uncovered and she threw it on top of mine to ask the other worker to add something else to it from a order ahead of me. It was rude and nasty. So I asked the person making my food to start over and the whole time she eyeballs me and once my food gets to her she would barely add any toppings to my rice bowl. I had to keep asking her to add more because she was skimping. Then she finally told me she couldn't add anymore. I asked to speak with a manager and wouldn't you know it......she was it! Totally unprofessional! I was with others and chose not to make a scene. Then upon returning against my better judgment I received under cooked chicken. The male employee was very nice and rectified the situation. The ONLY reason I went back was due to the same reason I went the first time. I was with others that wanted to go. But under no circumstances will I return to Chipotle at all nor encourage...

First of all, my rice is not cooked AT ALL! THE RICE IS EXTREMELY HARD!!!! THE WHOLE BURRITO BOWL! Today, I drove all the way to this location, because of their better star reviews than the one on 23 mile Rd and because I have been here twice. I CALLED THEM, BECAUSE THE TWO BOWLS DROPPED RIGHT THROUGH THE BAG, BECAUSE THEIR OIL WAS ALLL UNDER ONE OF THE TRAYS THAT I ORDERED. THE FOOD OIL HAS NOW LEAKED THROUGH MY BRAND NEW KIA STINGER LEATHER SEATS AND IN THE HOLES AND WON'T COME OUT. I AM PRETTY UPSET ABOUT THE WASTE OF TIME, ABOUT MY CAR, AND ABOUT THE RICE BEING COMPLETELY HARD. AUBRIANA OFFERED TO REPLACE THE ORDERS, BUT THEN I GO TO EAT WHATEVER DID NOT FALL ON THE GROUND AND THE RICE IS HARD. WHAT A GREAT WAY TO SPEND THE NIGHT WHEN THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE MY FIRST MEAL OF THE DAY, EVEN THOUGH IT IS 10PM AT NIGHT. I AM HIGHLY FRUSTRATED RIGHT NOW: UNCOOKED RICE; FOOD SAUCE EVERYWHERE; BAG RIPPED IN JUST A COUPLE OF MINUTES. SO NOT FAIR.
