I needed a quick lunch so I made an online order, I had a couple places I had to run to for work so I figured Jimmy Johns would be quick. I used to work here years and years ago and have been here/ordered from here many times since I stopped working there. Maybe five times in the last year. Anyways, so I order delivery and I wait. 45 minutes pass and I figured I'd call and just get an update. The girl that answered the phone was polite, but the news she gave me was alarming. She said well your food is on the road but we've had deliveries that take up to an hour and a half recently. An hour and a half for a sandwich? I told her I would wait a bit longer and ended the call. Now an hour passes and I call again to cancel my food. Once again as a former employee and knowing that the woman I was talking to clearly wasn't the delivery driver I was waiting on, I was polite but asked them to just cancel my order. She was more than happy to do so but than told me they don't issue refunds. You don't issue refunds? You can't get me my food within an hour and you can't issue a refund? She sounded confused and walked away to ask a coworker or maybe manager to ask if they issue refunds... She comes back and explains she actually can issue a refund... no way. The lady on the phone was polite/ the delivery was WAY to long/ the fact the staff knew that it was common for people to be waiting over an hour for food and just speaking of it so casually, I guess I don't really have...
Read moreI decided to try this location one more time as this location has gotten my order incorrect my last 7 out of 8 times. I just received my sandwich just now which to no surprise was made incorrectly which now is the 8th out of my last 9 orders. These people that work there either can't read, have terrible memories or are doing this intentionally, which I believe this is being done intentionally. The last time I ordered from this location was over a month ago and that time they got my order wrong 3 times in one night (got it delivered as I always do) I will truly never order from this location ever again. How difficult is it to put a sandwich together? The workers there must've not graduated high school. Absolutely ridiculous.

Read moreWe had something to do close to this Jimmy John's, which isn't one we usually go to. So we placed an order online, swung by and picked it up. Upon getting home we notice they didn't give us a bag of chips we paid for, and it was on the ticket. So I call and tell the person who answers what happened. He places me on hold for a long time. A woman picks up, I tell her I would like a refund for the missing item. She explains she can't, she can only credit me at their store. I tell her we don't go to that one usually, I'd just like the money back to my credit card. She says they can't. She did offer to give me cash, I told her it's too far for me to drive back to. Never said sorry either, for the inconvenience. I hung up. I know it's only $2 but it's the principal of it. It's not hard to read a ticket and place the things I ordered into a bag. Oh, and the chocolate chip cookie we ordered was frozen, so there's that too....
