Nutrition Discount Center — Local services in Stevens Point

I have been a long time customer of NDC Stevens Point. Recently had a horrible experience with an employee. I sent an email to the owner, who I have always respected for her knowledge and her as a person. The owner called me to talk about the email. Well, she showed me her true colors. Instead of apologizing and saying I'm sorry this happened to you, she want on to say, well the reason the employee said she was trying to keep her job is because we've had employees in he past give discounts when they shouldn't. ( I was trying to use a coupon that was on one of the products I was buying ) I went on to tell the owner that in my 10 years I have NEVER been given a discount by an employee. I explained that if she as an owner has issues with past behavior of employees, it is really none of my business and does not concern me. The owner proceeded to tell me things spiraled out of control, not only on her employees side, but on my side as well. I stopped the owner and explained - NO, it did not. I was only trying to use a .75 cent coupon and this employee was trying to tell me it could not be used on the product. Well, once I explained it to the employee, she still wanted to be right, and prove me wrong, BUT in the end she realized she was wrong, after accusing me of trying to double dip. This employee is the ONLY rude employee that I have experienced in 10 years of going to NDC. I told her so. The employee then went on to tell me she has had a hard year. Haven't we all! I told the owner that her call, and how she treated me, and put the blame on me is worse than how her employee treated me. NO LONGER A CUSTOMER! I told the owner, I can find expert advise elsewhere, and most likely be able to order anything NDC Stevens Point carries from other online sources, and most likely for LESS MONEY! I guess being mistreated by not only an employee, but worse yet the owner, in the end will save me money. I've always tried to shop local..............well, NOT this...

My wife and I have been shopping here for a long time. Recently there have been many changes. We loved shopping here till late. They remodeled the store which looks awful and you have no idea where anything is anymore. They changed the staff whom we really thought were fantastic and the main reason for us going. They have been replaced by a woman whom has been so combative , condescending, and just frankly nasty. We have friends that have mentioned run ins with this woman too. She is making a name for herself that is for sure. Sorry NDC but we will no longer be shopping with you. Im not really sure what the owner there...

This store is clean and has great options. I love visiting this location because most of the staff is informative and knowledgeable, so it helps me decide on important purchases. I’m totally loyal to these...
