Target — Local services in Stevens Point

Staff are great, but I'm giving a low rating due to the fact that they are frequently out of items for an extended period of time.

We are talking items that would be coming from the warehouse that are sometimes out for 2 and 3 weeks and I don't understand why.

I also don't like that after the remodel they discontinued quite a few items that our family buys. Items that you can buy at other Target locations.

There doesn't seem to be a suggestion box or a good way to provide that feedback.

This store is just way too small not to keep the inventory stocked properly even if that means an extra truck every week to do it.

If I have to go to another store to buy other items that this Target store in is out of stock on then I might as well buy everything at the other store. My preference is Target , I don't have time to go to multiple stores get basic items the target should have in stock.

I hope to see this improve but I'm skeptical because it's been a pretty consistent problem at...

Pro: The store is clean and has a good selection of items within various categories.

Con #1: The new parking space for "curbside" pickup are either inadequately placed or there are too many of them for the spaces available for parking. This has pushed regular parking towards the highway, where cars come in quickly, which is not preferred or as safe.

Con #2: I recently returned an item for my wife and offered, at least 3 times, my wife's phone number to pull up the sale of the item. This information was not taken and I was not notified that the in-store "merchandise return" card would be refunded at the current sale price. I did not have the credit card used, or the phone with the app, but I did offer the account information which was completely ignored by the staff. Had I known the outcome, I would have held off on the return until I had my wife's card or phone to provide the app...

I recently moved to Stevens Point and was excited there was a Target nearby. From my very first visit there, I was disappointed. Before I moved here, I shopped at Target once a week. Now I avoid it at all costs. This Target is smaller than most Targets and therefore has a smaller selection. It's laughable how many times I've gone there only needing one thing and they don't have that one thing! Their clothing sections are extremely cluttered and crammed into the small space they have. Their grocery dept is tiny, and they USED to have a pharmacy (not sure where they kept it), which would've been very convenient, since that's where I used to have my prescriptions filled.

Stevens Point would be better off if they ripped this Target down and...
