So after almost a year of telling my partner to take me to this place, we finally decided to go today. It was a cute spot. We started off with the egg roll and I loved it. I order me the volcano sushi roll and I enjoyed it as well once the pot stickers arrived I was skeptical about trying it. The sauce was very very red. So I allowed my partner to tried it first. Well just on her face expression told me enough to not even try it. My partner described the sauce horrible and the texture of the post sticker was crunchy and a lot of dough, the inside was flavorless that she couldn’t even finished it. I didn’t even want to try it.. we got our food after the appetizers and was impress with the big portion.. I was excited to taste it all.. We order the sesame chicken, mangolian chicken and beef fried rice. So I tried the sesame chicken and i definitely wasn’t happy I didn’t get a sweet tangy taste it was too mushy and just didn’t taste right.. the chicken was way off for me.. as for my partner mangolian chicken well let me tell you.. she couldn’t even eat it. I felt so bad because we both were very hungry and well she lucked out. She had me taste one piece of her chicken and it was the worse chicken I have ever ate.. it was super soft no flavor and idk it was not the chicken I be eating lol It made me so nauseous I lost my appetite after that. I asked the waiter to come to our table and let him know my partner did not like it. I told him the chicken felt not cooked right or idk but it wasn’t right. He didn’t charge me for it.. I was upset because not only did my partner not eat I paid $80 for my meal and walked out of there so unhappy. I felt bad I made my partner take me . I gave it a 2 start for nice place and the sushi was good. Definitely don’t recommend the mangolian chicken or anything that has chicken at this point. I never leave a review but I felt I had too.. I was definitely disappointed and...
Read moreDisappointed by the Unexpected Meat in Shrimp Fried Rice
I recently ordered at a ing’s Palace restaurant and ordered their shrimp fried rice, hoping for a delicious and satisfying meal. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I anticipated. What should have been a delightful dish turned out to be a disappointment due to the unexpected presence of meat in the shrimp fried rice.
As a customer with specific dietary preferences, I was taken aback to find pieces of meat mixed in with the rice. This not only caught me by surprise but also made it challenging for me to enjoy the dish as I had intended. Accurate ingredient labeling is crucial, especially when it comes to dishes like shrimp fried rice, where the primary ingredient should be shrimp.
I understand that mistakes can happen in any kitchen, but this particular oversight was disheartening. It left me feeling unsatisfied and questioning the attention to detail in the restaurant's food preparation process. As a loyal customer who appreciates transparency and adherence to dietary preferences, I hope that the restaurant takes this feedback constructively and works towards improving their quality control measures.
I believe that accurate ingredient labeling and attention to customer preferences are essential for any reputable establishment. It not only ensures customer satisfaction but also allows individuals with specific dietary restrictions to make informed choices. I sincerely hope that the restaurant takes this review as an opportunity to address and rectify this issue, providing a better experience for future customers.
Overall, my experience with the shrimp fried rice at this ing’s palace was disappointing due to the unexpected meat inclusion. I encourage the management to improve their quality control and ensure accurate ingredient labeling in order to provide a better dining experience for...
Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars, I would. We trusted the reviews but were sorely disappointed. My fiancée ordered chicken broccoli and I ordered beef broccoli. Both were dinner so they cane with soup, fried rice, and an egg roll, and we also ordered crab rangoon.
We got the crab rangoon and egg rolls first. The cheese in the crab rangoon was chunky and I don’t know why (it wasn’t because of the imitation crab meat. It also lacked flavor, it just tasted like cheese.
When the food came out the server referred to it as steak broccoli which was odd to me, so I asked, “beef broccoli?” She didn’t say anything and just served it. At this point we’d gotten our food but not our soups. Service alternated between two servers so when we asked for the soup she said the other one must’ve forgotten because she was so busy.
The beef broccoli was weird, it was giant pieces of meat with a really weird taste. (My fiancée described it as tasting too much like iron.) When I asked for the check, my beef broccoli was $10 more than what was on the menu. Apparently, there’s a different item called steak broccoli and that’s what they brought me (even though I asked for beef broccoli). When I asked the server she checked her order pad and realized I asked for beef, but then proceeded to ask if I’d eaten it. I let her know that it was my first time there and I assumed I’d been given the correct food. She reluctantly went to the manager and charged me for the beef broccoli.
To top things off, both my fiancée and I spent the entire night and next morning sick. We immediately threw out our leftovers and do not plan on returning. Save your money, do...
