Slice Factory - Burbank — Restaurant in Stickney Township

Store #12 Burbank IL I called in my order for 2 beefy fries used my card over the phone I noticed when I got back to work that 1 of the orders had literally 3 pieces of meat the other one was fine now for 15$ for just basically fries and peppers is ridiculous. I'm a regular customer so I called the store. The associate Jessica was very rude and combative arguing with me on what should be on my order which it was not. I asked to speak to a manager she states he would be back in 10 mins. I drove back up there now she states the manager is in a meeting. I asked for a refund she stated I had to go through the app. There was no remorse and the customer service was very bad I have never endured this. Even the cook was going back and forth with me. I asked for corporate number she told me to go online it was like no help here at all. The cook called the manager and he agreed for me to get the meat put on my fries but he took my now cold fries and just put the meat on top instead of giving me new fries.This whole experience was just unprofessional. I will never come back and I will tell my friends,family, and co workers who are also customers about this experience.I still want a refund as well. Worst experience every.Totally...

Horrible experience, on Thursdays it's rollback Thursday which is $5 slices so i went to the drive-thru at 330am and ordered a slice of pizza and Graciela the worker told me $7.69 i told her it's rollback Thursday then she said oh yeah and was going to put it in but then proceeded to tell me she couldn't do it bc it was after midnight so then i told her i came a few weeks ago and ordered slices after midnight and they gave me the $5 special price, she then told me she can't charge me $5 bc she didn't have an option and showed me her ring up register screen lol I'm not going to know if she's lying or not. I think she charges everyone full price but rings it up as $5 and pockets the 2 extra dollars on every slice all night. Also im not sure if you're suppose to mention the special or not bc i came their numerous times on Thursdays and never mentioned the special and they still gave me the slices for $5 each. Depends on employees i guess. I will calling the manager later today and bringing this to their attention i don't think it's right to deceive and steal...

I was visiting from out of town and was getting hungry. I didn't really know much of the food in the area and didn't really care what I ate. Just needed food soon. I ended up driving by here and thought why not give it a try. I decided to go inside since I had been sitting in a car for the past three hours and wanted to stretch my legs. The worker at the counter MaKaila was so helpful in helping me choose what to order. I wanted something on the healthier side and was recommended the factory salad or the California Cobb salad. I ended up going with the factory salad because it felt right since it was my first time visiting. I did treat myself to the strawberry dragon fruit aqua freacas and a brownie because the chocolate looked too good not to. It was so nice having someone knowledgeable of the menu and willing to take the time to help me make a decision instead of feeling rushed. Definitely will have to stop by again when...
