Mazzio’s Pizza & Wings — Restaurant in Stillwater

Well before coming to work at the Local Hotel I work at as Front Desk/Night Auditor I looked through my coupons and to my delight found one for a Large 2 topping for $7.99. I checked the coupon to make sure delivery was not excluded and headed to work coupon in hand.I called and gave the coupon code to be told Delivery was not included which is not included on the coupon. (Delivery where available). We have delivery in Stillwater. I feel like your coupon is pretty deceptive compared to your competitors. You should treat all people the same but be assured if anyone asks about a pizza place locally I will not recommend Mazzios and if anyone asks about Mazzios I will most definitely share my experience. This whole experience is very disappointing considering I actually like your product. I was a previous Pizza Rest MGR in Topeka , Kansas and Hotels were a big part of our clientele. I sent them free pizzas occasionally and had a rewards program for them sending me business. I most certainly did not want any Hotel Staff to have a bad experience to relate to their patrons. However I will say none of the pizza places in Stillwater have Stellar Customer Service. Of course with a bunch of College Students who do not actually care about service is probably part of the problem. I hope in the future your company will strive more toward Customer Satisfaction, rather than baiting people with deceptive coupon practices. Have a wonderful day and I hope your day runs smoother...

While we still miss the original crust, we still don't order the hand tossed.... Ever. We still love the deep dish and the thin crust, This location is still, hands down, the best Mazzio's we have ever ordered from. Our orders are always well made, fresh, and piping hot! We ordered the family meal deal with the calzone and dippers today. Everything was excellent! I love the traditional sauce, but it gives me heartburn so we tend to order the sweet marinara on all our pizzas, it never gives me heartburn. This is the only pizza place in town, aside from "The Hideaway", that doesn't skimp on the cheese.... We also find it impossible to order from here without ordering a family sized ranch... I pick up one or 2 of those a month by themselves just to have at home. Best ranch ever. Management does well running a reliable restaurant.

Plus, a shout out to the delivery drivers! Always quick with the deliveries! They usually include cheese and peppers without me even having to ask!... Don't forget to tip when ordering delivery!

FYI I am not, nor have I ever, worked for Mazzio's... I did work for one of their competitors for a few years, in Tulsa, my review is completely unbiased, I just know how it is as a delivery driver...

I usually get the 4 Meat Calzone, which for the most part is good, but quality does vary from visit to visit. Sometimes the crust is tough (not burnt), really hard to bite thru and thin, and then sometimes it's really good, and I havent been able to determine a pattern. Also there are times when I wouldn't think they're busy but it takes 45min+ to get your food (which is long for Mazzios), not sure why that is. The cheese dippers are great tho, I could probably eat a whole meal of just those. The drinks are good in the typical fountain drink way, and you do need to refill them yourself. The overall atmosphere is good, its the best pizza place to eat out at in town, but foodwise you get what...
