I’m upset as a new member they take out a $50 fee within the second month of you being a new member and don’t remind you that an additional $50 is going to be charged to you. I think they should look into how they notify customers of upcoming charges, especially if it’s a charge that it’s out of the normal of what the fee is going to be monthly, when someone signs up online, there’s lots of information that easily able to get lost(which I think REALLY should be taken in consideration) if I would’ve signed up in the club went, I’m sure or hopeful they would’ve been like I don’t forget about the $49 .Now because I missed small fine print, which they know and we know is EASY TO DO, I’m out $75, which almost seems like a scam but that’s a whole other discussion. If someone genuinely doesnt know about the fee, I believe if they call in and they pay the $49 that the mgt or corporate should be able to do some type of grace or forgiveness for the additional $15 late fee if that’s the first time it’s happened. I have a $10 gym membership and I paid monthly this month $75….ALOT

The lack of forgiveness for the late fee in this situation I think should be able to be looked into as forgivable. The lack of empathy I experienced when I called in to talk to management (assistant Gm) on the situation I don’t believe is good customer service.

The gym is great I just don’t like this situation or how the gym has been set up to handle these situations.

I normally do not write reviews, however after my experience this evening really blew me away. I’ve been a member for almost a year, the location is very convenient to where I reside. What I didn’t know that there was a dress code for the gym. I assumed this was the manager who approached me as I was working out and said to me “do you have another shirt or jacket to put on because your nipple is showing and it’s revealing” my reply was I don’t bring extra clothes to the gym, mainly because it’s a gym, so she said I would have to leave unless I changed my workout shirt, I was totally outdone, now mind you they have mounted on the wall throughout the gym “no judgement zone” I truly feel I was being judged based on my workout attire, to me I was covered, however she said “ I can see it from the side” in my mind I wanted to say don’t look but I didn’t want to be rude. Not only was I outdone, however I just ruined my workout, she told me that I had to leave by 9pm so I left and as I was leaving, she said “everything good” you just kicked me out I was only there for 30 minutes and I had about another 30 minutes to go, however I was instructed to leave at 9pm. This experience was so ridiculous and asinine thing I have ever heard. I’m going to contact the corporate office and most likely cancel my membership. I don’t want to have to think about what I wear to the gym and wondering if it’s appropriate attire for the gym, I’m a professional so I have to be mindful of that when I go...

I have been to this gym in many different occasions. Only problem i had before was always smelled like urine in the bathroom. Today, I attempted to enter use the gym and after using my phone to check in the person Tuaka, says I need you to to sign in. I wrote my name a tried to continue on my way. Tuaka said I need you to give me your address and phone number. I asked why cause I hadn’t had to do this at any other gym before. Tuaka stated its in case something happens to you i need to contact someone and you’re not a member at this location. I stated there is no one to contact for an emergency and i had no addresses to give. I stated i live in my truck. Tuaka said in a condescending way you live in your truck. I said yes I’m a truck driver my address is wherever i go. He wouldn’t let me leave the counter unless i put an address down. So I wrote an address down and he still wouldn’t except the address. Telling me it’s not a real address. I eventually walked to go use the bathroom and when I got back he was calling the police. P.s the first time the bathroom didn’t smell like urine. I was surprised by that. No reason for him to be so power hungry as to make someone who has been a black card member for 2+ years go...
