I’m not even sure where to begin.. I ordered via DoorDash this morning and was missing more than half of my order. As soon as I opened the bag I sent the information to the DoorDash driver who advised me she would head back the restaurant. When she got the restaurant she called me and the manger was accusing both of us of lying, said the picture of the receipt was cut off when it wasn’t (I will be posting the picture as well) stated she packed the order herself and that all she forgot was the grits and that’s all she would be providing. I told the driver absolutely not, this lady is being rude and that I’ll just report it to DoorDash. I call up the restaurant to speak with the manager and she hangs up on me twice, when she did answer to speak to me passed “hello” without hanging up I explained the situation and that I could hear her being rude and accusatory to the DD driver and she started to raise her voice and just kept proclaiming that she packed the order herself and that all she left out was the grits. For context, I ordered 2x steak biscuit combos, 2 chicken biscuits, two small grits and a cinnamon roll. All we got was our combos. She just kept repeating that she packed it herself so I just told her to look at her cameras which if she had before this interaction she wouldn’t be so up in arms about her mistake. I’m upset due to how unprofessional and uncooperative she was being. Makes the entire restaurant go down hill and she needs to be replaced. Absolutely uncalled for. And then had the nerve to say bring the receipt up there and she would give us all the missing items.. no ma’am, you had that opportunity when the DD driver came back up there. Then proceeds to tell me I can tell the owner about it when they come in so ask when are they in and she said Wednesday.. this is outrageous. She doesn’t need to work ANYWHERE...

I understood him to repeat my order asking if I wanted a wing & breast & I said yes. When he handed me my receipt, I noticed he charged me for 2 snack boxes. He had to have his manager (an older woman) handle the return. He gave me change & return receipt. I asked him if I could have my original receipt back & he had to get the manager again. She said I did get my receipt, I explained I wanted the one that showed my card transaction & she said she didn't have it. Told her I handed it to the guy that took my order. She looked in the register & there it was! Then she explained she needed to keep it & that I was given a refund. I explained that I like to keep my credit card receipts to reconcile my card acct. She told me I could take a picture, which I did. As I go on down the road, at a red light I decided to see what pieces they gave me. It was ONE BREAST! I went back to the window & told the guy I only had one breast in the box. He said 'that's what you ordered'. No, I said, I ordered the 2 pc snack. Manager comes to the window & asked what was wrong, told her the same story & she said 'you told him one breast!' Politely I said no, I ordered a 2 piece, she said I heard you tell him 1 breast! All the while she's raising her voice at me. I explained that I understood him to ask if I wanted a wing & a breast to whick I replied yes. Finally she says, 'gimme that bag! I ain't gonna argue with you!' Finally got the correct order. I was shocked at her response to me, basically calling me a liar. What happened to the customer is always right? Read moreI go to get some lunch from Mrs Winners Stockbridge and im the only one in line. I ask for fresh food, i even tell the lady at the speaker I'm willing to pull on a parking spot and wait on the fresh food "being that the lobby is locked". I get to the window and my food is cold. I sent it back through the window. The cashier gets mad and rolls her eyes being that I said my food was cold. The manager then come to the window and ask me to pull in a parking spot so I wait 40min then she comes out and ask have I gotten my food yet. I said no im still waiting. 10 minutes later she brings my food and it's still cold. I then ask for a refund but the manager states she does not know how to do a refund. I ask is there anyone there who does and she says no. She keeps suggesting that I take the food. I tell her I just want my money back. After 5 minutes for going back and forth she hands me a different plate of what I already order and says that giving me another plate is the best that she can do. Then as I'm stirring my gravy into my mash potatoes i notice there is a lot of flakes as if they used instant potatoes and didnt cook it fully. My mom wings were dry, cold, and not even edible due to being hard. The service is absolutely horrible and the staff is disrespectful. Also how can someone be a manager but can't do refunds on food that not even eating or barely touched.
