This restraint is apart of my life. I love Arroyo Cafe. The twins are casual friends for over 35 plus years. The twins are very respectable men who have put there personal hearts into there business to give people like myself the greatest satisfaction in mexican food in the valley. I love the food they freshly prepare for you whether dinning or take out. If you haven't had the delicious experience of there foil burritos, your behind time and encouraged to order one. Guarantee you'll buy two or more next time. I love you Arroyo. I traveled from East Bay Area Berkley often just for a few burritos. If I were remaining in California I'd continue to do so. If I ever am in the area when visitjng, they already know Much Pablito will be thru. Peace my friends,I love you all there.

First of all. It was me and my husband that came in asking a table for 4. There was probably about 4 or 5 other tables that had people, who were all white people. Me and my Husband who is considerably dark were put all the way in the back where the window is up the stairs. I know for a fact that they catered to the white clientele better. The waitress came once for drinks and didn't come back for about 20minutes. While we can see her visiting a white people table that came in afterwards every other minute. Finally when she comes she takes the orders and doesn't come back for another 25 minutes for our food. She served us and gave us refills and didn't come back. Mind you we were the only ones in the back top stairs alone until they seated another mexican family behind us. She never came back and it's until after we were done eating for the check and didn't give us time to order flan as she left So my husband and his friend had to walk to the front to order something. The food was decent, some of the meat was too salty, the camaron tostada has too much Ketchup in it, very sweet. The margarita was really great, the flan was okay, it wasn't worth 5 dollars at all. The fried tacos are pretty big, that was our friends order, But the carne asada was very salty he didnt even eat it. The beans are refried and had too much lard in them, which I did not end up eating, the red rice is very bland. My husband Chicken enchiladas were just wierd,no distinguishable taste of what the sauce was. The Horchata is very sweet and has too much vanilla, it was more of a brownish color. The worst service ever. Will not come back.

Update: May 24th 2023, I don't know what happen but the rice lost its flavor. I got the carne asada tacos as usual... The meat was still juicy & absolutely delish but I couldn't eat it as a taco because my corn tortillas were burnt. I guess places just get careless or it was just the cook this day & my waiter because this place has always been good until now😢 Old post: I love Arroyo's! They go above & beyond my expectations...the food, service and overall great experience. No matter where I live I will always fly back for y'all. 😋 family friendly & even though they've had these requirements since the pandemic they've been absolutely amazing with accommodating the costumers & it's recognized. I appreciate your time & service Arroyo's😊
