McDonald's — Restaurant in Stockton

Our family yet again made the horrible decision to dine out at McDonaldt, the only reason why we decided on this establishment is because my mom that has many brain tumors was craving an Oreo McFlurry (I swore to boycott McDonalds for their poor customer service, and items always missing from our order). @12:33 12/24/20 we put our order in at McDonalds 1049 E March Lane, at the window one employee handed us our orange Fanta, Mocha Frapp, and a bag of food. Thinking your well equipment employees gave us our whole order we drove home approximately 15 min away. Once we arrived home, my mother ask “Did you get my McFlurry?”” why yes we did, so we went out to the car thinking we forgot the McFlurry outside, and found that the intelligent employees at McDonalds FORGOT to give us our $3.19 Oreo McFlurry. My son and I had to drive all the way back to McDonalds. Once there I explained at the drive up they had forgotten our McFlurry, the lady at the window said “Oh yeah so sorry please pull forward and we will make it. I pulled up to the second window and was met by the one employee that handed us our food (or lack thereof), I explained to her that we did not receive our McFurry. Nicole instead of admitting she messed up, got a disgusting attitude, rolled her eyes, and told me that she handed me our whole order. I disagreed, so a manager named Esmeralda came to the window, I explained again that we did not receive our McFlurry. Esmeralda looked at Nicole and Nicole again was adamant she filled the order correctly, I asked for both of their names since it was apparent that neither your manager nor your employee could do nor wanted to do the right thing. Okay first of all I know it's McDonald's it shouldn't be amazing 5 star restaurant.... the staff are all miserable and cry faces my mom seen a fly inside the cookies and told one of the staff members at the register and she was going to throw them and the Manger saw her and told her there's 100 Flys in here there's Flys everywhere I aint gonna throw away a good batch of cookies because of a fly let them eat it... and then we ordered Ice creams and the lady threw trash over the ice creams sitting on the counter and all the trash went in them so I've told her and she maid new ones with a attitude... and then to top it off the tables where so dirty I told the lady to give me a rag to whipe them she gave me the rag with an attitude so I told her if she wants to do it then go ahead then the manager came to me and told me I'll give you anything free because you wasn't supposed to whipe the tables she said she could get fired for that... I told her it's ok it was dirty we didint wanna eat on dirt... the floors are disgusting from how dirty... the food when we got it was all backwards and we only got half the food and they didint even wanna give our sodas... and my dad has sugar diabetes he asked for a diet soda they gave him a regular soda so we had to rush him strait to a hospital from there he started to throw up in front of the mc donalds his sugar was high he almost slipped into acoma it's crazy never again will I ever go back there... put it to you guys this way I wouldn't even feed that food to my dog it's all black people and Cambodians that's why it's so dirty there the dirty type of people! Me and my wife stopped for breakfast we ordered a simple number 1 combo meal and two breakfast burritos. We paid at the first window and at the second we were given just our drink and told to park up front for out food, so we proceed to park, and we waited. Me and my wife watched 5 cars after us drive away with their food meanwhile we waited for ours. it was a simple order and 5 people placed their order while ours sat inside, I decided to get down after 15 minutes and I got my order myself. My wife and I are deeply disappointed into the service at this McDonald and more so with the overall decline to how McDonald used to be fast and precise with orders. Now it's a joke of a service that leaves a bad taste due to its service time. While we ate our food near this location, we could see the mess of service this was one client that had parked next to us waited over 40 mins for their food.
