Lil kiko's taqueria — Restaurant in Stonecrest

This location has great food and should recieve a 5 star rating, however they desperately need new employees who will pay more attention to the details of what customers are ordering online and in person, and who will also be more warm, welcoming, efficient, and effective...🎯

Each time I order from this location whether its online or in person I ALWAYZ request for no red salsa to be included with my order, and to add 3-4 green salsas and 2 lime slices to my order. EVERY time they disregard my requests, include the red salsa and rarely remember to include the lime slices...😭 Its so annoying, rude, and disrespectful to customers such as myself who continue to spend money with them because the food is actually good...💯

Also, if the cashier is not directly in front of the register when you walk in, she will stand in the back and just briefly glance at you, she will not address you or attempt to take your order until she's done doing whatever she's doing. She has no sense of urgency or care for customers orders at all...🙅🏿‍♀️

Lastly, they removed some of the best items from of their menu like the soup that was amazingly delicious, and sometimes they will not have certain menu items stocked and ready to order. When you order on uber eats now you can't even add sides such as rice, beans, cheese dip, extra cilantro, etc..to your order or specify if you would like a corn or flour tortillas with your tacos...😫

This place opens early, is convenient, and delicious, however they need to update their uber eats menu ASAP, hire and properly train new employees, and bring the soup back to the menu! If these 3 minor adjustments are made, this location would definitely recieve more 5...

I stood in this line for so long, the workers/cooks at the back saw how long the line was and didn’t even bother to take orders and jus let the line get longer and longer….people kept walking out of the line because of the long wait time. They need more workers because this wait time was honestly ridiculous af. They could have at least have said that they would be right with us or something but no, nothing. N A S T Y!! NASTY! Meat was dry as the desert! I asked for extra onions and didn’t receive them! Even asked for extra salsa for fear that it’d be dry again being my second time trying this location! Luckily my Uber rep read the text and asked for extra salsa otherwise I wouldn’t have received it! Even after specifically notating it twice! They don’t ensure safety protocols to ensure no food tampering! This place is HORRIBLE! I repeat! Horrible! $12 down the freaking drain or should I say trash along with those disgusting chicken tacos! YUCK!
