Pre Game Stratford — Restaurant in Stratford

First time at this location the pictures of the food look great but sadly the prices are not the same on the site I ordered the beef nachos the taste was good but the amount of meat was unacceptable for 16 dollars. I received a hefty amount of chips and barely any meat the meat sits on top of the chips and they put cheese on top of the meat 4 chips in and that's all the meat you get I dig in more to find meat and nothing I called to make a complaint I was told to drive back with the box and they will fix it that's what I did once I get there they say its no way there was lil to no meat ....well imagine how I felt paying 16 bucks for 4 bites I've paid 10 bucks for way better tacos at a taco truck...so the owner comes in looks at the box and say I should've took a picture before eating it....I'm in the car and my friend driving all i know is I eat 4 scoops and I go for another but I don't really see much but chips I turn on the light I dig in the box no meat I get disappointed so I put the box down my friend ask for one I said sure but there's no meat they look inside and see the same thing I see and tell me I should complain I usually don't call ill just leave a review but we called and they told me to come back just to tell me he can't do anything at that point I didn't want the food anymore since my appetite was ruined I wanted half my money back but he said there's nothing he could do as if I could see the middle and bottom before eating the top i don't have xray vision his energy was not ok or reasonable eating 4 chips is not a excuse to not give me back my money ....don't waste your money on the food especially if your ordering out they seem to not care much about people unless you're sitting in the owner is not very professional in my opinion if you needed a picture should of just said that before having me drive back I would've told you on the phone I was unable to take a picture and would've saved us a drive back and pointless conversation. 1st and...

I just left here and I will never be back. We went for happy hour and we got at 4:15 and immediately sat at the bar. Order our food and drinks let's keep in mind there were only two other people in there. So some time passes more people come and they order food so we're wondering where our food is. It's almost 5pm now and the bartender says that our food should be out soon because there's only one cook. That's no problem understandable. More time ends up passing and we still do not get our food. We only ordered wings nothing complicated. They thought to check on our food once they seen how violently upset I was because everyone that came in after us received their food.. We ask someone that wasn't our server about our food and now she goes to check on it. It's now 5:30pm and the manager/owner so happened to realize that the kitchen "lost" the ticket and now it's a priority. You should've thought to check on the ticket when 30 mins passed and everyone else that came after got their food. Needless to say all they took were our happy drinks and said that next time we come back drinks on them. I will never be back because that was one of the WORST experiences that's ever happened to me. I am beyond angry but now I know better and will warn everyone else in my life and people thinking about going...

I’m a stickler for good drinks, made correctly, PRETTY w/ garnish and served in the CORRECT glass 😂! They get extra points for this especially since they were also strong 😂🍹💥! ⭐️

The food: came out fast but didn’t taste rushed at all! Wings & shrimp were very crispy and the flavors were great! The birria quesadilla wasn’t my fav but my friends enjoyed it. Can’t wait to go back and try more items.

I absolutely love the ambiance, the open patio into dining area makes it able to feel like you’re dining outside while still under A/C. The music isn’t ridiculously loud, like most places these days, so I was able to enjoy great conversation while eating. They just need the table wedges so the tables don’t wobble 😂.

But my favorite part was the service! Markus was our server and he was amazing, personable, fun and even made sure we actually liked our drinks before leaving the table! He checked in on us frequently too which I loved because I am a very needy customer! 😂😭 The bartenders were also very nice, so they did a great job with the staff.
