Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Streetsboro

Constantly understaffed during the day, and I'd say about seven times out of 10 I am told that they cannot make my drinks either because they're the only person there or because the blender is broken or because they're out of this or that it is literally almost an everyday occurrence, they move super slow, slowest Baskin-Robbins I have ever been to and they pretty much refuse to do anything besides make hot coffee and donuts, pretty much anytime you order from the Baskin-Robbins side they can't do it because they're out of something or because they're the only person in the building which doesn't make sense because even if you are alone you're still running the business and should still be accepting all orders. Not only did we order 20 minutes ahead of time but when we got there to pick up our in shop order it was blazing hot inside. They had about 8 people working at 9 in the morning and not one of them looked like they knew to do their own jobs. We then waited for another 10 minutes because our order wasn't in the mobile order pickup area just for them to hand us 2 melted shakes that weren't even made correctly. Tried the drive through, no answer. I parked and walked in. A chick (employee), seemed irritated behind the counter, on her cellphone, and a dude (patron) was next to me.
