I've doordashed in Streetsboro around 2 1/2 years, taken 100's of tacobell orders. half the workers at Tacobell in Streetsboro, seem so irritated and rude to customers all the time. I know one of the more pleasant ones names Jessica has always been pretty cool as well as the younger one working counter that was involved in this, No matter how pleasant you are to the others though they are angry. I've recieved attitude alot, but not to this extent...... Around 7pm 01-24-25 i walked in Streetsboro tacobell and was waiting for a doordash order. A girl and her 12-15? yr old boy both waiting for doordash orders. there was a manager there she was mad that another doordash order came in and was saying "oh my F ing god doordash go away" '' there's a whole strip of good restaurants down by walmart '' this is F ing ridiculous learn how to cook at home''"There's nothing special about our nasty chicken and ground beef'' 2 people also called about their orders and she was screaming at them over the phone I don't know what to tell you oh well cancel your order and go somewhere else if you dont like it! she was talking horrible about people placing orders the entire time we were waiting 15+ minutes while I was there, a couple came in to place an order and a young gentlemen told her it would be about a 15 minute wait, she replied thats ok.The couple went to the kiosk to browse. The manager then whipped around the corner and SCREAMED and said its gonna be a 45 minute wait, the lady said oh he told us 15, the manager replied idc i said what i said we're backed up with doordash orders. the couple started to leave and the manager ''said thats right, go somewhere else. it was ABSURD. i witnessed the other doordash driver get treated horrible for no reason, a previous dasher had canceled her 2nd order and apparently taken it prior while she waited 10+ minutes just to find out after stating prior who it was for to the front employee. The manager screamed no one is getting lydia's order. The manager came around and screamed at her to contact doordash and this was the 5th dasher in an hour and shes f ing fed up, the dasher said oh ok, another employee was standing there he said I'm sorry, it happens all the time and dashers just keep coming in. the dasher said it's ok it's not you fault and was explaining that it sucks that people do that and explained part of the process of contacting doordash and most dashers just unassign cause its easier. the manager flew around the corner of the grill screamed call doordash over and over attacking her about it. dasher tried saying she was talking about something else to him and she knew about the order she said ''i said what i said call F ing doordash, i am the Assistant general manager'' at her it escalated and the dasher said there's no reason to act like that the manager then started swearing again and the dasher said you need to stop acting like a B to people, the manager said get the F out, dont step foot in here again or ill call the cops. her teen was waiting by the door and she tried just leaving with her son a worker then screamed as the dasher was walking out dont call her a F ing B and almost ran into me chasing this poor girl and her son out the door ran her son down trying to get around to her, it was INSANE. When the girl came back in she was hollering thats right you F ing B you better leave, I'll F you up, etc. I unassigned my order and left, i wasn't gonna be next on whatever hate my life kick these workers were in. that lady was acting like she was on drugs or something man shes crazy. Employees called the manager DEE, while...
Read moreAugust 18 2025 12:16 pm. Doors are locked. Again. Really hating this location locking the doors at lunch because staff is unable to work.
July 17 2025 - Gotta love when the employees lock the door while there's customers inside, then yell at someone for getting in grab an order that was placed for pickup, like why the hell would the doors get locked during lunch hours?!? This happened around 12:20 pm after the employees started arguing and one of them not caring if she got fired before locking the doors.
11/20/2024 - Walked into the restaurant for lunch around 12:30 pm and was greeted to the delightful sounds of employees screaming at each other due to a messed up customer order. Decided to stick around for food, which when I got it was actually hot for a change. Meal went smoothly until at the end (around 1 pm) a guy walks in who said he'd never placed an order on the kiosks before and the employees refused to come around the counter and help him. A second guy walks in shortly after, same issue, and again, he's told to use the kiosk and what's he looking for is on the kiosk. Brushed off and dismissed. I watched someone get up from their lunch and it them took less than 5 minutes to show both guys what they're looking for, where to find it, and how to check out on the kiosk. They got asked if they worked there, which they said "No I don't, thank God." and then went on their way. I don't understand the employees here are so rude and unwilling to help. 5 minutes, both men were both kind, they weren't angry and were very patient with the help they got from the other customer. Shame on the employees here, they should be doing better but that takes effort which they don't seem to want to put in.
This happened around 12:30 pm today, July 11. Just watched an employee tell a customer who had been patiently waiting to order that "You need to speak up, we're not mind readers." This was after almost 5-10 minutes of him just wanting to pay for his food and the same employee had asked what he was waiting for. He was just needing to pay and was patiently waiting. He stopped to talk to me after finally getting to pay and he was sharing another dismal experience at another taco bell location when a second employee, who decided then was the best time to start wiping off tables, butted into our conversation and told him he could leave. He told her he was just waiting for his food and she threatened to call the cops, for what I have no idea. I spoke up and she backed off, put her phone away and went back to cleaning the tables. He reiterated to her that he'd been waiting a while and she said they were busy. I will say that was true, the employees in the back were busy gossiping, chatting, and ignoring people. There were no cars in the drive thru and he was the only customer in the store waiting to pay. He made a remark stating that the employees were just talking she acted like a customer was in the drive thru and walked off.
I don't know why the employees today had so much attitude, the girl who handed me mine was nice to me but for whatever reason those two employees were just nasty towards that man for no reason except he stated that he'd been waiting a while to pay for his food Maybe the expectations for the children working at this location need to be lowered because that's what they...
Read moreMy recent visit to this Taco Bell was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. I'm not one to leave negative reviews often, but the level of service and general disorganization I encountered warrants a serious warning to future customers.
First and foremost, the employees were shockingly rude and unhelpful. It felt as though they were actively annoyed by the presence of customers. When I finally got to the counter, the person taking my order was dismissive and seemed to be in a rush, even though there was no one else in line.
The problems continued when my food was handed to me. Not only was the order incorrect, but when I pointed it out, the employee acted as if I was being a nuisance for asking for the items I actually paid for. After a frustrating back-and-forth, they reluctantly fixed a small part of the order, but several items were still missing. It's truly unbelievable how difficult it was to get the correct food.
To make matters worse, I was told the credit card machine was "down." This seemed like a complete fabrication, as the employee made no effort to troubleshoot and simply said I had to pay with cash. Luckily, I had some on me, but it felt incredibly dishonest and like a tactic to avoid taking card payments for some reason.
Finally, the cleanliness of the place was just unacceptable. The counters and floors were visibly dirty, and the overall atmosphere felt unkempt and neglected.
Between the rude staff, the inability to get a correct order, the shady excuse about the credit card machine, and the overall dirty environment, this was one of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this location until they can get their act together and train their employees on basic customer service...
