I ordered a steak sandwich with no onions because i am allergic to onions i understand people make mistakes there was onions on my sandwich i went in and i asked them to remake my sandwich which they had no problem doing but after i told them multiple times and i am allergic to onions they still grilled onions right next to where my food was being cooked so i politely asked if i could just have my money back and i will go somewhere else just so i don't take the risk of an allergic reaction the manager got really rude with me and told me i needed to leave and i was not going to get a refund i contacted their corporate office and it was a big run around over $35 i still never got a refund and they threw my food in the garbage when i asked to have it remade so i never got any food at all i will never recommend this place to nobody very poor customer service on corporate end and on the stores end very...

I love Mr hero's food it is always delicious and fresh. My only complaint is that the price is outrageous. If I'm at a fast food place there is no way I should have to spend $20 on one meal. And yet every time I go to Mr hero's just myself has to spend $20 on one meal. Yes it's delicious, but that's still way too expensive. That is really my only complaint. No fast food place should ever charge you that much money. Next thing you know they're going to be wanting your first born child or something LOL.
