Arby's — Restaurant in Strongsville

I brought in a "Make it right" Card that I received from an Arby's during a previous visit for a replacement. However, after placing my order, the manager informed me that they would not accept the card and directed me to return to the original store where I received it, even though these cards are supposed to be universal across Arby's locations. Additionally, the card was expired, but I was informed that the expiration date didn't matter since it wasn't enforced and that was when I had first received it. (Meaning I was given an expired card, not that I let it expire.)

Honestly, the manager was a bit rude, and I believe the situation could have been handled more effectively. Furthermore, my food had already been prepared and had to be thrown away because they refused to accept my card. What a waste of food and a missed opportunity to make...

Corporate had better pay a visit to this location soon because the situation is unreal. From the moment you walk through the doors you're smacked in the face by the stench of urine. Someone must have urinated in the dining room and no one ever cleaned it up - it has smelled this way for months. The floor in the dining room has been sticky for months. An employee told a customer waiting to order that they were "just chillin'" in the back once they finally came up front to greet them. I also overheard an employee state that "the DoorDash order is going to have to wait," even though it came up first. So, because they mismanage their time by "just chillin'," Dashers get pushed to the back of the line while they play catch up? I don't think so. I will not be returning to this...

All the other takeout places were closed at 10:00 on a Saturday night I've always loved Arby's. My grandson spotted that there were cars in the Drive-Thru and we stopped to see if they were open and they were! I got my usual Arby's super roast beef which I've gotten for years and I add horsey sauce to it jalapeno poppers I'm crazy about them and the sauce. My grandson got a kids meal with a turkey slider and crinkle cut fries. He's 5 years old and he just kept saying this bread is so good this bread is just so good.
