Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Strongsville

Drove an hour each way for a less than 30 minute birthday party. We got there about 10 or 15 minutes early, and let the staff know that we would be waiting over by the tables since they still had to set up and we were still waiting on kids. We saw a foldout table already set up in the mall, I figured they needed to put a tablecloth on it which was fine.

By 12:15, 15 minutes after our party was scheduled to start, I noticed one staff member outside of the store front still chatting up for coworkers and a bowl of dough on the table. I didn't realize the bowl of dough on the table was what they meant by setup, and I was getting annoyed since no one has approached me and we are late starting the party, so I finally said loudly "Are you ready for the party?".

The party started with a spiel about the company and then they were able to practice making pretzels.

Overall cute experience, probably not worth paying for a whole birthday party...

i couldn’t give them zero stars so i had to give them one. the woman working had a long pony tail that first of all was not put up and i found her weave hair fibers in my burnt pretzels. not only did she charge me twice without letting me know, but screamed at me as i was at the top of the escalator and had to come all the way down. she told me it didn’t go through, when i showed her my bank account balance. i tried to calmly talk to her but she slapped her leg and clapped in my face for asking a question. her manager was no help. worst experience ever and will not going back. and i’m not racist but her lashes were basically falling off and her weave...

Yikes….inconsistent staff and quality of food. Some good experiences, some bad. I did a survey and their DM reached out to me. She blamed my bad experience on COVID. After I told her that I work in the mall and I know Covid can provide difficulties with staffing and availability but it isn’t the reason for poor service… It usually is a result of lack of leadership. She became very hostile and told me if I can do better then I can fill out an application. That response from a DISTRICT MANAGER to a customer!!! Just wow… goes to show you how this place is run. Also I’m not applying for training your staff for auntie...
