I love the very suspicious and sudden surge of positive, overtly saccharin comments directly aimed towards Mrs. Roopal. Hmm, all within the same time frame, too? Slightly suspicious and bizarre considering all the negative reviews she's earned over an extended period of time.
I had a very unfortunate encounter with Mrs. Roopal. I will not be back to this CVS. She was so incredibly rude to me that I actually contacted CVS directly to let them know of my experience. Definitely one of the very worst customer service experiences I have ever had. She yelled what my prescription was from across the room (patients are entitled to privacy). She took forever finding my prescription-- that was fine, I patiently waited. She gave me the wrong dosage, and I didn't even feel like telling her because she was acting so incredibly put out to do the job she signed up for. She then had the gall to bark commands at me and act annoyed with me...? Sorry for making you do your job. Here's a thought-- if you don't like your job, quit. Don't take it out on the customers. She was classless, rude, and ignorant.
This has nothing to do with "doing better" in regards to the customers. The "do better' should be directly aimed at an employee who represents their company in a very poor light. If you work in the service industry, there is a certain level of social decorum and customer service that CVS should expect from their employees. Clearly, since there are multiple negative reviews about her behavior, SHE is the problem who should strive to "do better" (not the customers). I, too, work in the service industry during the pandemic. I have never, nor will I ever, treat any of my customers in the manner that she treated me-- not only because I could kiss my job goodbye, but because I was raised to treat others better than that. AWFUL, awful...
Read moreI got terribly sick the first week in January and I went into CVS MinuteClinic for antibiotics due to an upper respiratory infection. I was, not to be gross, blowing out green stuff for 5+ days, and sicker than a dog for seven days. The nurse there would not give me antibiotics until it was 13+ days and she said you should see if your body fights it off. I’m almost 50 years old and I know that my body is not going to fight this off. It started with pink eye and my ophthalmologist gave me drops that was an antibiotic but I knew that this stuff was stuck in my chest and she still wouldn’t give me anything and the $80 I spent for NOTHING I had to come back in four days to let her know I was still sick. I have not gone back, but I’m still blowing out green, and I’m on my third round of eyedrops because my eye keeps getting infected every time I blow my nose Do not go to CVS MinuteClinic it’s a waste of your time unless you lie to them and you know your own body and you tell them you’ve been sick for three weeks. It has been a month now, and I am going to my general practitioner to get an actual true antibiotic to knock this out and put it to the curb. CVS MinuteClinic's do not listen to you at all. don’t waste your money or your time. It’s worth it to spend a little bit more and actually go to see your general practitioner or go to an...

Stood in the pharmacy wait line (inside store)no one in front of me watching the 2 pharmacists rushing to fulfill orders while the only checkout lady yells at them about why a customer had to come in to get her prescription when she has covid! The pharmacists kindly yet loudly explained there are only 2 of them and no one to help(referring to her) she abruptly storms off looks at me and says "sorry" shrugging her shoulders. Me: "it's fine" (thinking she was returning) My mind: is this fine? Wait is she coming back? My body: awkwardly putting stuff on counter waiting for acknowledgement. Me: giggles uncomfortably "is she NOT coming back?" Another 5 minutes standing on island of uncertainty Me: um My body: goes to front of store lady from back:"there's self checkout" My mind: throw everything on floor and make dumb lady that walked away pick it up Me: ok as I go to self checkout where there were no bags
Me in car: destroy all things!!!!
