Went there this morning with my 2 year old and he wanted a pretzel dog that’s on there menu board the girl said that they don’t make them till noon now is considered a lunch item I asked her if she can make one for my son and she said she can get in trouble and loss her job really? I ordered sugar pretzel nuggets and the girl told me they had no more and asked if I would like to wait. I said yes and sat down on the bench in front of the store. A line proceeded to form after I had been sitting. I was sitting for at least 15 minutes waiting. I can see she puts the cups of the nuggets in the display thing and I had to go up and ask if they are ready. I go to pay and she proceeds to make me wait in line behind EVERYONE after I had already been waiting for 15 minutes. And then asks me if I had been waiting at all. I have never had an issue with their pretzels until this location selling them with almonds. I proceeded to ask if they are cross contaminated in the making of the pretzels and was told each flavor is dunked in the same butter. The seller had already charged my card and refused to refund me. Had to just throw it in the trash wasting my money because I am deathly allergic to tree nuts. Be careful tree nut friends. Do not go here. Rude...
